Wow, loved this game! The game design and art are super good. Really great idea to have the character as a "tool" that will eventually be discarded or at least will remain unused. Having said that, audio would make this game even greater and help with the connection between player and game. I even offer myself to do the audio design for this game if you want to explore this part of it. Great work!

Loved the way that you tell the story with the spotlight and the characters on wheels. I would have really liked a skip button as I am a noob and was dieing quite a lot  .
Great job!
I loved the effects and the logo. As Swen said, a skip button would be great because I also kept dying over and over again .
I also enjoyed the mood of the game and the storytelling overall.
I'm not sure if there's a way to "predict" what outcome the actions will carry, or if it's a matter of retrying until you know all the right answers. The choices reminded me of that Mario Party train minigame "End of the Line" where you have to choose the right path without really knowing the correct one, which can sometimes be frustrating, but in the end I think your game made up for it by its cool way of telling a story (I would play more if there was a skip button though haha)
Cool entry, good job!
Top notch writing. Beautiful logo design. Funny wheelies. Good experience. Nothing wrong with the core gameplay. The fun is to fail your choices. However a skip button is essential for retrying when failing is part of the design. Again, really impressive writing.

I really like 2D style of your game, and the text part Want to skip dialogue by pressing button, annoying to wait if i want to play again At the same time I want dialogue be skippable only by pressing button, because some text really hard to text fast and I miss some parts of history( Btw I like mood and history, interesting Good job
Wow! It's like reading a book, where you can chose a story by yourself! Great work!

I use GNU/Linux, it looks nice and I would love to play it!
Is there source code available?

@pierce-brooks Hey P, I made this all with Unity’s UGUI - I used zero code, so all front end buttons, trigger events, and animator. Is soure code still nice to see in this case?

@spig thanks for the offer mate! If you had some thoughts on some simple ambient/folley audio that'd be great! Audio not my expertise and focused my attention on just stitching this stuff together. Deff will continue to polish the demo up and add some more content post competition just to take it a little bit farther. Thanks for the offer! Hope your jam is going well!

Very cool game! Clean 2-D art, character models, fun story telling. Unfortunate there is no audio! I think that would have made the game a lot more immersive. I do agree with some of the others, a 'skip-typing and show full text' button would have been nice for plays after the first one so that you don't have to spend too much time waiting for dialogue to type out. Other than that, I think it was a great job!
Cool game
This is great, such a unique and interesting art-style you went for! It really gives the game a moody feel. Great work!
What an interesting title, I greatly enjoyed the writing, framing, and exploring of this game's world. Color palette, tittle, models, fonts - all polished to a high degree. Of course, audio would be lovely if you ever feel like revisiting, but the game is a joy to behold already. Great job!
I love the style and the branching story paths. Haven't played a text based game of this caliber in a while. Very well executed especially for the time frame.
Nice little game, UI feels polished. I wish there was some music. The choices seemed a bit random so it was a bit frustrating once you get to game over.
Amazing game, sad it was a bit short and static, but really enjoyable nonetheless!

Cute! I definitely enjoyed this one. I love seeing how people present games like this under a deadline and the black void with a spotlight and events 'flowing' past works works really well.
Music would have added a lot but I know that sound is always the first thing to go as time runs out. My main suggestion would be to have more of a goal so that I could judge my progress each run. Even if it's just a couple of milestones like 'you made it to X!'. Maybe those do exist and I just didn't get far enough
I really like the concept of this game. I wasn't as keen on how the text is handled. Some of it disappeared too fast, while other lines lingered. Like others mentioned, a skip button would be great. Still a neat game overall. Would be nice to see a more developed version.
Impressive touches to overall consistency of the game and atmosphere. Loved the small green arrow for the action call-out buttons. Also Intro and Game Over animations are really cool.
Though this game really really _really_ needs `skip`/`Fast-Forward` option, as I am writing this comment while waiting for text animations to play out
Interesting to have characters on wheels, but I like it. Once you get used to it, it fit really well
One issue I noticed though: It's possible to press on the button before even seeing it. So, it's possible to make a choice without being aware of it.
Would love to see this continued and a version where your weapon/previous owner choices actually matter at later decisions. Amazing first Ludum Dare entry.
Oh, and to answer your question started by @pierce-brooks. Since you are submitting this is a `COMPO` game, the Source project is required the rules, even though it has `"zero code"`

@bloodycoin Hey, thanks - yikes - I'll get on that asap before time runs out!
