Something simple, with more potential than I could exploit in 2 days of development.

Thanks to everyone for playing my Ludum Dare 50 submission. Enjoy some great games!

Nice entry, well done!

Nice entry! The gameplay/controls feel good which can be hard to get right in a game like this.

Hey, I've managed to survive for 85 seconds at most haha . Congrats for the entry, here are my thoughts: - This game has quite an "Atari" feel (in a good way) but in 3D. - It's simple but pretty fun! - I don't know if it's intentional or not, but I really like that you can sneak between panels diagonally. - I noticed that the panels that fall from the sky can drop straight on holes, making them impossible to catch (this may be intentional though). The game gets considerably harder the less panels you have, because recovering slowly becomes impossible. - It also becomes more interesting to play because you start creating strategies about where you should place the panels to void trapping yourself in an island. However, at times it may seem unfair because lots of panels fall down into the holes without giving you a chance to get them. - The controls are pretty simple and responsive.

Good job!

All in all this a pretty nice submission. The controls feel good and it's a pretty unique concept. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I wasn't a fan of some of the floors falling where you can't access them. That's just my opinion though.

Good idea and good implementation. Maybe it would be nice if the panels didn't go directly to holes, or maybe that was intended. Also, the falling animation should be a bit more clear.

Fun game! At first I thought it was easy but when panels started falling through the holes I started more strategically "catching" them by filling the holes I saw shadows appear in. I think if you could make where they are falling a little more obvious it would add to the gameplay as it was hard to see the shadows in the hole areas sometimes.

I found it a bit hard to play Cheers Arend

95 seconds!

I like the snowballing effect of new panels falling holes, fun game

I think that's complete game! Good job! It was exciting to play it again and again. The one which maybe can make it better is SFX and music! Thanks for making this game!

Super cool mechanic! Could definitely see this being fleshed out more, but i think it's super on theme, super fun to play, and plays very smoothly. awesome job!

92 seconds!

You gotta try to keep as much floor connected as you can or else you get stuck and must accept your fate :) and those new floor tiles really don't care about landing somewhere useful do they? Being able to diagonally cross floors made me feel smart, so thank you for that.

Only thing missing is sound, juice, and for the hole to have fire or spikes at the bottom.

Fun game!

I would have preferred a key to place the tiles (I found the left click not to be very responsive sometimes).

It would be interesting to add some tiles that can replace several tiles in a row/column to add more strategy to the game.

My best score was 92 seconds (20 tiles placed)! after several attempts.

Nice, simple game! I got till 78s. Good job with the game.

Cool game, reminds me of something that could be like a Mario Party minigame. I like that it's sort of resource management where the more ground you lose, the less chance you have of picking up the tiles to replace missing ones. Good job!
