So imagine Fruit Ninja. Then combine that with Missile Command. Then combine that with Conway's game of life.
What you get is this. I don't know why the dissolve animation is so satisfying but yeah it really is. There isn't much content here but it's a great thing to fire up if you got a few minutes of downtime.

Fun short game, but after a while I couldn't really make out the things that were still alive
Very cool cutting mechanic. The things creeping towards the base look very cool. Good use of sound. I was eventually cutting everywhere like a MAD-MAN lol good job!
Unusual but I really liked the concept here. Well implemented and has potential for a more fleshed out game. Great work.

A little bit on the chaotic side, but pretty f un nontheless! I love the utter ruination that sets in in the immediate vicinity as more shadow creatures spawn, leading to a bit of a tendril-like web of death that you try to protect yourself from.
It's a little hectic for my liking, mostly due to the enemy often spawning right at my doorstep, leaving me no time to protect myself. But one could argue that in this petri dish of relentless plague, that's exactly what would happen.
Well done! Surprisingly artistic for something without any explicit art.

Pretty solid experience. It was short, simply, and oddly satisfying. It kept me on my toes which I consider to be very important. Solid entry! (and it's crazy that you could do this in 12 hours!)
I think this has some great potential to be picked back up and continued into a bigger game - the whole time I was thinking "man, I wish there were more enemies, or maybe I could upgrade how long the cut line stays on screen for or something". Obviously with such a small time frame there isn't too much you could have done, but the game has a very solid foundation and I think it just needs a bit more content sitting on top of it. Overall, I would describe it as "oddly satisfying", and I mean that in the best of ways.
game's entretaining, only note i really can give is that enemys start to fast. maybe have them start slower and have them increase speed as time passes. also the fading on the remaining takes toooo long imho to dsiapear and cofusses a bit. great job
First time I played I thought I had to just keep my mouse in the square and dodge the snakey thingers lol - figured it out second round. Works well :)
The Cut noise gets yucky to the ear after a while, might be nice to have a few different noises just for varieties sake.
Simple and straight to the point!!! very nice game, didn`t play on a proper mouse and plan to do it later.
Good minigame. It is difficult to survive more than a few seconds though.

Super hard but well polished. Reminds me of Super hexagon in terms of difficulty and pace. The cutting mechanism feels good and responsive. I would love to see your game on mobile  Good job!
Really cool use of procedural generation, and the main slicing mechanic is really fun. I agree with some others that it gets very hard to distinguish where the new live microbes are after so many have died, but maybe that is part of the difficulty. Still, a really fun and intriguing game :)
