It runs well and seems well polished. I think you could have gone further with your idea on the theme. I didn't understand what was the purpose of the black trail, since I could clear it by simply walking over it. Maybe it should damage the player instead, adding more challenge when there are more of them.
Visuals are ok and the sound effects are welcome! A nice music would have added a lot to the mood!

Very cool mechanics! There was a lot of clicking needed; I would have appreciated more breaks in the intense gameplay to let my finger recuperate :) The little details (aka juice) added a lot to the experience.
Wow, that was fun! Very intense. It felt very well balanced, I felt challenged and pressed the whole time, but also made it all the way through.
It was sometimes a bit hard for me to track where the shots would go. It might be easier to play if your rendered a bigger more obvious cursor or something to help with that.
I like the art, I like the effects!

Screenshot 2021-05-01 134639.png A fun and intense romp. I loved the feedback/screen shake when I landed a hit, it felt impactful and juicy. I would have liked a bit more umph when I took a hit though. Overall a really fun play through and a great entry!
Short but very fun! It was very satisfying defeating all the little cloaked guys. I like the decisions to make the projectile pierce enemies. The time mechanic threw an interesting twist in. Difficulty felt just right. Very well done!

The game is very good, I particularly liked the attack you animations, which were very well done, both in terms of the enemies and our character.
However, I regret not being able to move my character with the arrows on my keyboard (I have an AZERTY keyboard) which made my gaming experience more difficult.
@rolly Thank you for playing. I agree music would be good but unfortunately I do not have that skill. The black trails are kind of a left over from another direction I was thinking about taking the game but bailed on so they kinda are just there.
@afroant Thank you for playing. I agree with your point and if I did it again I would likely have enemies come in waves or have a long cool down after being hit several times. Likely the second.

Cool with a boss at the end, made it feel like a complete experience! The slowdown mechanic is very cool. I liked your interpretation of the theme. Nice shaking effects, too.
I did find the game fairly easy to cheese, by standing still and keep attacking all over. Would have been nice with something that threw me off, or maybe a power-up that motivated me to move out of my safe corner.
Anyhow, nice job!

I also started instantly spamming the attack in a corner. The slowdown kind of felt laggy at times as well. But there is something in the way the enemies attack and in the colors selection, that is very cool. The idea for the boss is neat as well.
The player feedback and screen shake was fantastic! I didn't really end up using the slow time as I camped in the corner and spammed attacks. But I really enjoyed the game nice work!

A fun arcade game that could use some enemy variation or mechanic variation to spice up further play sessions, if you were to develop this further anyway. For a gamejam game, really fun!
Fun arcade shooter. I think the difficulty curve is pretty well done. The controls feel quick and really responsive so kudos for that. The trails were really cool and it would be neat to see them play a bigger role in the game, but it's a solid entry nonetheless.
I really like the visual style of this game. The particles and screenshake felt great on top of the decent graphics. I did find that I actually didn't need to move around the map at all - I just stood at the left edge and alternated which hand I was using to spam left click at the enemies. This was totally effective against the normal enemies and also the boss, because they only ever move and shoot directly at the player, but not very fun.
