Great game feel~ visually also very appealing! I was after a while hoping that there'd be like something more, maybe a bit of story :P but even so, it felt real fun, great job!

This was quite fun and quite tricky! It took me until the second go around to see that the little guys had their own stats, and a bit of experimenting to see that a low stat guy can still win out! The last, expensive upgrade -- does that raise the chances of getting a 'super-star' mole with a big stat? I've played it a few times, trying new strategies!!

I had lots of fun!

Wow this is why i love capitalism... oh i meant, this was a great game! I might have played it for a bit too long thoe. Only thing i would like added, is probably some type of automatic systems. For example, let me by an HR worker or whatever, just so i can spend my money on something that i need, and so that people get hired automatically or something. I got big adventure capitalist vibes from this game, which is a good thing, and the art style is amazing. I would have enjoyed some type of background music, but the sound effects kept me focused for a pretty long while anyhow, so maybe it was a good thing. Like a said, great game, great entry, really good job! :D deepercorp.png

@landerack Thank you for playing! I would have *loved* to insert some narrative elements, I guess this is the kind of type I would insert for a post jam version.

@chelc Haha I'm glad you tried several runs to understand the game. Yes, each mole has its own stats, and you can even hover moles in the waiting line with the cursor to "anticipate". Regarding the upgrade, you're right, the last upgrade increases the chance to have "super" moles :) Thank you for your feedback!

@xtacobaco Capitalism, who said that, those are caps', completely different..! I'm happy you see more potential content/game mechanics for it, that's very inspiring. And yes unfortunately, I didn't have time to compose some music, I was in a rush until the last hours to polish the gameplay! I'm really happy the game pleased you, thanks again for playing! Oh and 25 meters, what a run! Maybe I should decrease the scaling of rewards haha.

@nurav Thank you for your feedback! I can't believe I have so much feedback on art style, I've really drawn ugly background and moles in 30minutes haha. Oh I can assure you it has been done in 48h, but this is my 9th or 10th Ludum Dare so I'm (a bit) less shitty than before regarding managing my time :rolling_eyes:

Nice game, the pixel art and the color palette is very nice!

I took some times to get the game mechanics, some mini explanation of the combat would be nice. What is the last upgrade in the list ?

a bit too slow to click, I think it would be nice to reoder the mole or to have them go quite automatically

Wow such a great game ! I love everything about it ! I really loved the fact that I needeed 3 games to understand fully the mechanics and be able to "break" the game :) By breaking I mean being at a point I can't really lose if I keep playing, so I just let it die!

(I have a feeling that at +100% bonus of star, every mole becomes 3stars and it can one shot every task ^^ while before I had the feeling that I had 0 start bad mole ^^ and suddenly every mole was god ! :) )

Oh no, you found my weakness! This is definitely the game I spent the most time on this jam so far. I didn't think of it at first, but incremental games can definitely fit very well with the theme. The sound effects and gameplay loop are so satisfying! Great job!

This is as deep as I got before the colony got so big it started eating like 2k rations per second haha. Although I did have to pull out my auto clicker at some point. Also managed to sneak in a screenshot of the stats before my inevitable doom.

Really solid entry ! Great game! I had a bit of trouble understanding it at first but once I did I couldn't stop playing! The game is very addictive. The graphics are simple but the whole thing is very coherent, everything flows smoothly. A little music would have been a great bonus but I know it's very hard in Compo to make a music ! It reminded me of the flash games era, really cool.

@dhim Thank you for your feedback, that some nice gameplay ideas for the postjam version indeed, I appreciate :) The last upgrade of the list is to increase chance to have "super moles" that have a huge boost on one of there stat. I agree, combat needs some explanations for the defense & attack!

@jm-studio Haha thank you! You're right, passed 100% on the last upgrade, every mole is... a super mole! I would have love to add more challenge past this step, but hard to achieve in 48h :p Thanks for playing and launching 3 times the game to understand it :)

@guimm12 Whaaaaat !! Haha this is awesome, thank you for the screenshot! A friend of mine sent me a screenshot at 30meters, but... well you went really DEEPER! I think you reached the gameplay limit of what this mini game has to offer! So glad you had fun playing, makes me want to create a postjam version :D Cheers.
