Ooh, really intriguing! I can't play it on my Mac but it looks cool.
The atmosphere was great, perfect for the theme! I wish we got a little more though. The controls felt a little stiff with the aerial movement but I might just be bad at platformers lol.
I cannot launch your game by clicking on the .exe for some reason, it looks broken, please @ me here if you upload a fixed version, I want to play it !
@pandalk do you get a log.txt in the folder with an error message that might help?
Good game, a little bit repetitive, but the sound design was great and every platform was essential prior to the level design, also the narration was done excepcionally, until now it's my favorite from this jam on the sound!
@diego-pontes You just made my day! :D
I would make it a bit faster.
I really liked it! The sound design and music are amazing, and I love the FX used for the background, platforms and the character. The pacing was a bit slow, but it felt totally coherent with the sound design and graphic atmosphere you went for. The more I was going deeper in the level, the more I felt like I was trippin' and that was a great experience. Didn't expect this at all. GG to the three of you!
I love this game. The audio was great, I had a dream-like feeling while playing the game, but I was also soothed. I love the mood of the game, and the graphics. The only thing I don't like as much are the floaty movement.
@Chado @thewhiterice Thanks so much! I really appreciate the feedback and that you love the audio!
Yeah i like it! Movement is probably too hard/floaty for my taste but that doesnt change the fact that i really enjoyed the game! Good job!
Just finished it - what a cool and somewhat haunting experience. The voice lines and the implied narrative were compelling, I'm sad it didn't go on longer! The platforming itself was basic but precise, and I liked the scrolling noisy visuals on both the objects and the fore/background.
Good job on crafting this cool unique experience (and I hope your fingers can move again haha)
The sound design is really good. The game is a little repetitive, but it had me immersed, I was curious to know what would happen with the car dude. I felt the controls were a bit stiff, I would have enjoyed it more if it was more smooth. Good job!
I think that taking a simple concept, like a platformer, and developing it into something unique is a good way to go about a game jam. Interesting aesthetics, nice sound. I would like the movement to be faster, it would feel better to play. I also love to see little particles when you jump, and a sound effect for jumping and landing. That kind of small detail can make a game feel nice to play. The game has it's own style, which is worth a lot.
I really loved the whole presentation here. It set a wonderful atmosphere and I really enjoyed that the "sprites" if you will were reflections of the background. I did wish I had a bit more control in the air if I overshot the jump, but all in all well done.
The audio design was pretty good. Cool concept with the messages with them sounding more and more haunting as you went further into the level. The visuals are also very fitting of the dream setting. It is a bit slow and thus lacks any sort of challenge though I suppose challenge is not what you were going for? Lol, it's just weird to me since I am not good at platformers generally and am not used to playing easy ones but the haunting vibe given off by the visuals and the sound of the messages may be all that is really needed for the game. The movement is also fairly stiff lacking weight and acceleration for the character though. Wish jumps felt better.
Heyo, thanks for submitting your game to the stream the other day! Here's the vod if ya wanna rewatch, I hope my feedback was helpful!

@justcamh Thanks for streaming our game! The feedback was great! And watching someone play it live for the first time is always very useful!
Nice trippy mood, there's not much going on on the gameplay side but the audio keeps you in and it isn't too unpleasant to go through.
Mais du coup c'est un rêve sur un gars bloqué entre Montréal et Québec dans une voiture pas à lui ?
Gameplay was a bit basic, but the atmosphere and voice acting made it well worth playing. Cool little game!
A game with a great mysterious atmosphere!
The movement needs to be optimized, I lost a few times for this reason. After a few deaths, I played it cautiously.
Anyway. Great work
Nice work on graphics and voice acting ! I really do like the charachter animation (it's just a shade), and also this city "shader" on platforms is a great idea. Good job !
Cool take on the theme, the surreal feel of the game is haunting and it was tense trying to figure out where the story was going. Good job! ;D
I loved the affect on the platforms
The sound design and the atmosphere are very interesting. The controls don't feel very smooth, but very impressive that you made the game with your own game engine. Nice work !
This was interesting! The gameplay felt a bit repetitive and felt like more of a chore to unlock the story and the audio clips. I really liked the music towards the end, but I'm still a bit confused about how the story concluded. Either way the concept was really cool, I like the atmosphere and it has some really nice graphical effects
Splendid! The controls are a bit too viscous, but it's not a big problem. The audio is wonderful: it's immersive and unsettling. The visual part may look basic at first glance, but the cryptic textures definitely add to the immersion.
Thanks to everyone that played and rated our game! It means a lot!
