I had a lot of fun playing around with the ghost mechanic. I'm impressed with the polish on everything you've done, this is a cool idea and really well put together. Minor gripe is that the player seems to be able to take as long as they want to set up, maybe add a time limit?

I loved the menu theme song!

All the game's control are so fluid, the enemy are easily spotted among the ghosts, so it won't cause any confusion. The only thing that bothered me was the shooting speed of the ghosts on the starting levels, I'd suggest decreasing the firing rate and increasing gradually when the player advances in the stages.

Very cool game idea, that is fitting the theme very well. I really like the idea with having to deal with our ghosts from the previous floors. It gets messy very quick, but I managed to stay on top until level 32, where my run and fun was over real quick. I ran into one rather annoying bug due to the random spawn positions of the player and the walls.

I spawned on the bottom left corner with a wall also spawning very close. I couldn't move at all and the wall was pushing me off the platform. I would suggest having a look at the spawn algorithm and don't spawn walls too close to the player and also don't spawn the player too close to the edge.

Another small issue that was quite annoying was the aiming. The white line was not matching with the tip of the pointer and also the bullets where not following the path. Not sure if you have some kind of bullet spread or if there is something wrong with the direction calculation, but it would be nice in such games that the bullets are flying where I want them too, because every bullet too much is hurting me in the next levels.

Other than that, great game. Really good art and polishing. Good job.

Btw. I submitted my game to your list. Can't wait to see your playthrough. Curious if you can make it to the end, or give up :sunglasses:

This was really fun! The mechanic reminds me of the Stuck in a Loop theme from last Ludum Dare. I really like how much you can strategize and plan out your movements so that your future self survives.

Hello Guilherme, your game is great, but the optimization issue that you do not do very well, not everyone has a pc like yours. But other than that you were awesome.

Well, I love the platform system and the system of enemies and platforms being random, and the difficulty that the game makes of the desire to go further in the game as if it were a matter of honor .... something that was quite interesting is from floor 10 the ghosts start to move which gives that pleasant difficulty ... and I manage to go up to level 25 very fun ... congratulations to the developer ...

The elements of the game are quite interesting. sometimes I had the impression that the other ghosts were gone, maybe it’s that powerUp, but idk. Very cool and fun game! unknown.png

Polished and solid experience! I had a lot of fun with it, it's simple and challenging.

After a couple of tries, I started to break the game though... There is no pressure on finish the level quickly. Also, ghosts can kill enemies. So there is a perfect winning strategy.

Choose one side of the map as "safe" and never shoot in its direction. Then spend a couple of first levels shooting and running around as much as possible without killing the enemy in that stage. Make sure that (you)ghosts don't start this before you have enough time to reach your "safe" spot from every side of the level.

A couple of levels later, you should have an army of ghosts slaughtering everything for you. This could be avoided by a time limit or some enemies chasing the player. Leading enemies to places where you know the ghost will shoot would be a great mechanic.

But... When I played the intended way, the game was fun and satisfying. I only started to "cheese" it because it was fun enough to make me care and trying to improve. In my view, that is a successful LD game. Good work.

Interesting way of scaling up the difficulty, the gameplay mechanics are definitely extremely innovative. I'm not such a pro gamer :( so I could only make it to level 23 before it got too hard for me. I don't really have much to say about how this game could be improved, maybe have new enemy types? But overall, very cool game, and the 3d elements are especially well polished. Everything just works

Very interesting concept the art style is also really nice. There is also a lot of potential takeing this further. Maybe there could be future enemies somehow visible (Like reverse ghosts?) so you can strategize more and making intended multi kills with your future ghosts.

Really fun game! And so polished :diamonds: I enjoyed how the difficulty is sort of determined by me and after the 2nd or 3rd level I became more strategic in how I attacked the enemy. Its a pretty smart combination of a shooter + puzzler. Great job! :)

I really enjoyed your game, but the more I play and stay alive, the more ghosts appear on the screen and my computer starts to crash, that's why I died. I could continue to floor 100, but it was already bugging a lot. My tip is that every 10 or 15 floors we will remove ghosts or enemies or put more boxes.

This game was very very good !!!! I managed to get down to level 21, from then on my pc started to dislike my victory, and it started to crash. The graphics are very beautiful and the mechanics are very good, but you could have a screen format option, because running in full screen weighs more. Really fun game!

The graphics are well polished, the "replay factor" is not a problem - in case of repetition - 'cause the mood and humor that this game propitiate are awesome. So, of a overall look, it's a incredible game!

That said, here's why i can't give the five stars for:

- Music - kinda miss the soundtrack during the game - though i've loved the menu music.

- Inovation - it felt like i was playing a different version of "Loopers Path" with that ghosts. I like it very much, but it seens like you've used the same mechanics.

- Theme - i know that we are going "deeper" on levels, but i couldn't see where the mechanics are applyed to that. I don't know, could be a idea for a different game or an update for this one, but if we had to control the level of elevator while we have to manage our shots and positions, would make more sense to theme proposal.

Note: Huge fan of your works. Congrats on this amazing game. 😊

I liked the game, had fun playing! The mechanic where your past lives interact with your current playthrough works well - even though this game might have been a much better fit to one of the many themes that were some kind of variation of "you are the enemy" or "your past changes the game". But the character designs were cool, you could apply a lot of different strategies to the mechanic and the powerups felt great. :)

Fun game, clever mechanic. Died by stepping off the edge, which felt a bit cruel and sudden given vs the slow loss and gain of life during the rest of the game. Great level of polish, and the sfx on pickups... perfect.
