Super fun game, great physics. Loved it.
Great game. Ended up crashing into the sun, creating multiple green oribital lines in my rescue attempt. I like the retro look. Still fun :D
@kaisenthegreatone it's normal, the orbit prediction ignores if you crash on Sun or not
Nice entry and very well executed :)
I enjoyed changing my orbit but found it a little difficult to actually avoid anything. Good job on the orbital prediction line, I have tried and failed to create something similar.
Neat idea. How the orbit changes when you move feels hard to predict though.
My hours of playing Kerbal Space Program have finally been useful! Love the orbital mechanics! The asteroids always coming from the top of the screen did make it a bit hard to avoid them when you were at the top point of your orbit though.
Nice game and a great idea, but had trouble with the assets path and had to create a folder under C:/dev/LD-47/Orbitoor/bin to get it working
I love a space physics game and this one is fun! I think it could probably do with a square window though.
Hey we had pretty similar ideas, I liked the fact that you display the orbit, that was something I wanted to implement but didn't have the time. You also made the controls feel nice and stable and the gameplay was very understandable. It would be nice to have some audio and some kind of objective and maybe a timer or score to know how well you are doing. But good job!
Loved it, so effective. Could use some sound design. Also, it runs on potatos.
@momo-hunter it was a simple mistake, I forgot to remove debug mode, download the new zip
Very nice concept and fun to fiddle with the orbit. A simple score / stopwatch would be a nice touch to compare the piloting skills among friends.

Pretty cool idea ! that is a simple game mechanic, that works pretty well !
I like that you went the hard way an implemented everything from scratch in C and that made the size of the executable is just 119 KB!!
The mechanics reminds me of Kerbal Space Program, which is one of my favorite games. I like a lot of this game, and as I admire that you used C and wrote everything from scratch, I think it was harder for you to make more polishing and implement more stuff than if you used a game engine or framework that would make finishing the game a lot easier.
You made a good game, good job :joystick:
