I quite like the aesthetic of the game, and the narrative is nice and gloomy. The game did freeze upon death, and I didn't know if there was a keypress to restart...

The game looks really good. More feedback when your attacked or enemies are attacked would be nice. Few instances of skeletons freezing right after spawning. Every time I tried to kill an enemy, they nearly always took a heart off me, which felt a little unfair.

I really liked the graphics and the music. Ecpecialy that the music changes whith the amount of ennemys. But i had some difficulites with judging if I was hitting the enemys. I also witnessed that the game freezes upon death and that sometimes the enemys get stuck (mostly on diagonal movements).

The ambience (sound / visuals) is awesome! The combat felt a bit limited, but otherwise incredible job!

Quick reminder to get more players: Use a thumbnail for your game. Otherwise your game is presented with this grey box. Some great Games are not played because of a missing thumbnail ... You can still change it by editing your submission page :)

Huge fan of the visuals and the sound. Enemies seemed to spawn on top of you while you walked randomly, and there wasn't any animation when you hit them.

This is a **super** pretty and the music is incredible! However the combat could do with a bit of game-feel like particle effects or screenshake. You can also get the rock trapped really easily in the corner if you didn't read the instructions and didn't know what you were doing 😇

The first reaction in this game is i really don't have any idea idea what i'm suppose to do AT ALL: Game world seems quite big to explore and at the same time i don't really know should i stay beside the vulnerable tree, meanwhile the tree is so noticeable thing that it should be protected by someone. Main problem is the having bugs on the important features (some i.g. problems with most solid collisions and ai-movement) so the game is currently difficult to use and play. Most people use engines previously made-/or engines pre-made behaviors to be able to focus on the other code-things, especially when there's a tight Jam- schedule. On the other hand, the game graphics are mainly well produced (more attention should be paid to the shading of terrain and objects) and i would really enjoy to play any kind of game in this epic environment

I really like the graphics, and even having sprites and animations for diagonal movement really is a nice touch. The music sounds good and I also like that it changes when enemies are close. I got the heart stuck in a corner on the first time, so perhaps a way to pull it out would be nice. The combat is really hard at the moment, as enemies are able to spawn very close to the player and they respawn in that same area a little fast.

Game was really enjoyable and a tad frustrating! Getting used to how the enemies worked took a while because there wasn't much feedback on what they were actually doing. I love the art style and sound design; the dynamic track switching was super on point.

The art & general vibe is nice!

It looks like other people have said it -- but a few things to make this gameplay feel nicer would be enemies telegraphing attacks somehow, you & enemies flashing when getting hit, and maybe sliding collisions so you don't get stuck on walls when moving diagonally (although if you've never done it before, that can take some time to program, so I can understand it not being in a jam game).

This was a pretty ambitious game idea for a jam, and my guess is you hoped for much more content than made it in. That's the game-jam way! haha.

The game looks and sounds really good, you did a fantastic job on the art and music! I liked the concept as well, and you matched the atmosphere to it perfectly. The gameplay needs a bit of work, though. The enemies didn't seem particularly effective, and I couldn't really tell what kind of damage they or I were dealing. Their spawning was also very erratic, with either too many or too few appearing. Adding player feedback and improving the balance a little would go a long way to making this a much more fun game. I really hope you develop this some more, it has a lot of potential!

I really liked visuals and sounds are also great. Would be cool to try it later if you plan Post LD :)
