Very cute, fun, good looking game! Great job on your first Ludum Dare (and hey it's my first LD too and I also enjoyed it a lot!)
One suggestion would be to simplify the control a bit. I saw that I can destroy the virus by either clicking on them directly or by dragging the antibody to collide with them. The former was a bit confusing to me. If you remove the clicking control, you can just make the antibody always follow the cursor!
Also! Great use of Unity post processing and great sound design!
This is fantastic, congrats on your first Ludum Dare entry :) It's a great one. Real fun concept!
Love it! It's a simple concept but such a fun gameplay loop. I love all the sound effects and feedback from killing the virus.

I love this game! A very simple concept but you managed to execute it extremely well - the addictive gameplay loop kept me playing for quite a while.
I had a bit of trouble in the beginning understanding the point of the 'player' that I am able to move around - perhaps you can disinguish the 'player' by having it knock back enemies further. Another possibility is changing the colour of the enemies when you damage them by tapping them.
The game was really polished, especially for a game jam game. All the design choices put in were very cohesive, from the colour palette to the font to the music! The sound effects were nice and mellow and complimented the gameplay very well.
I'm also curious as to how you achieved the effect with the enemies, are they 3d meshes or 2d sprites? I'd imagine there's some post processing effects to achieve the look you have.
Overall, I really enjoyed playing the game - Good work! :)
Thank you for the great feedback guys :) never expected to get heartwarming comments like this, it really motivates me even more to develop better games in the future. The submissions in ld46 are amazing, good luck to us developers !

I think you might want to ramp up difficulty curve. It gets easy too soon. Other than that great work.
@quichi thank you for the awesome and detailed feedback :) yes enemies are 3d meshes with individual parts and also yes, i also put in a camera distortion for the "zoom" type feel to it

Cool stuff, nicely polished! Graphics and style were very well done. I too felt the gameplay differences between the player blocker attack and the click attack were a little confusing. I mainly popped myself towards the edges to 'cover that zone' and then clicked away. Well done, a great entry!
@liam yes liam i should've sticked with a single control and just sticked the dragging mechanic for bigboi haha thank you for playing it :)
Great job with the look of the enemies, and the effects when damaging them.
The post processing effects looked cool.
I'd suggest that when the wave timer reaches 0, make the player kill of the remaining enemies before moving to the next wave.
Music was nice and relaxing, and seemed to fit in well.
The font and menus looked great.
6370 Wave 12. I loved the retro feel of the enemies changing color each wave. the progressions was really fun and I overall really enjoyed it. Nice work!

Nice polish. I Really like the glitching effect on the purple enemy.
@tater-hater thanks for enjoying the game and appreciating the progression system :) @yxmx-rsx very glad to hear that i really did spend time test running my game so there will be no game breaking bugs haha

Your game is really well done! I really like the glow effect you used. I didn't get very far in the levels but I think that adding a bit of dynamism (shake effects, trace effects, particles,...) could give even more to the gameplay. For a first game jam it's really a good work !

That was fun! I didn't fully understood how I know which power-up to pick though Good job!
This was fun, great work! I liked the subtle post-processing effects, and the trail behind the character was a nice touch too!

simple, stylish, great fun i got to wave 21, the beginning is a bit slow, faster ramp up with more frequent upgrades might have been cool

Wow nice game man made it till wave 20 love the mechanics and power ups wish there was a power up where an extra anitbody just rotates around the cell instead of stickin with the current one i was hardly able hit the germs with them the ones that were sticking with the main anti body. I would totally buy it if its on play store man you should try to put it there.
@tpzombie i thought of not including the names so that people would eventually memorize the shapes and let others experiment. @blobo thank you for your kind comments its appreciated ! @ididgame yes, after playing it a couple of times the pacing is kinda off especially in the first few waves @flash22 i actually wanted to do that but i was out of time polishing the game for it to have little to no bugs haha
Amazing game! The controls feel fluid, the soundeffects are crisp and also fit the background music. I always had the right mouse button pressed down, maybe that's not needed and the player always moves where the mouse is? That would free up the right mouse button for some special attack, or extra speed or something like that.

Very fun and simple, I see a lot of potential, would be fun on mobile.

very polished but needs a steeper difficulty curve. I like player acceleration but at this state it's way too overpowering. The simplest fix would be to increase enemies' speed after each wave
It's great, it would also be great if the enemies were a little faster in the waves, good job!
Very good choice of colors and style. Fun and simple. I am trying to remember the name of a rhythm game this reminds me of with a similar style.
That was a fun game :))) I liked its simple graphics and mechanics. I survived until wave 10 and got 6580 lol
