Gave it a try even though you said not to! Are there any other mechanics besides moving and jumping? Would be great to see more.

I just played a game that hard crashed and shut down my comp. So in comparison, this is pretty good. Good effort in all seriousness. Don't get too down.
Great work on getting it done!
I won and the game apologised. That's a first...
Well done getting it done! Not everyone can even say that they finished a project, so great job getting through it!!!
Well this does indeed seem to be unfinished.
The climbing mechanic was actually pretty good (you have a typo in your controls description on this page btw...)
It would have been really cool to see your game finished, there's always next jam :)
The main problem I had is that the jump button press seemed to be ignored 50% of the time, had a quick look in your source code, looks like you made the same mistake I've made soooo many times, for some reason Unity has a chance just to ignore GetButtonDown's sometimes when you have them in fixed update (I have a 144hz monitor, I think the high framerate can confuse it). I feel like this is a massive flaw that unity has since it wants all it's physics stuff doing in FixedUpdate, but it's something that you need to awkwardly work around unfortunately.
Actually quite fun! I made it all the way to the end. It is definitely unfinished, but it was interesting unfinished, not boring unfinished. Learning the quirky brokenness of it was part of the fun. Nice job!
Pretty entertaining game! As some people stated above the jump is a bit wonky. A few other things was sometimes I'd grab one side of a platform and it will instantly teleport me to the opposite side. Also if I let go of shift before my model is all the way climbed up sometimes I clip through and fall back down to the start. Also I really like the climbing mechanic! If you expand on it I bet you could get a really unique game! ^^
The climbing animation looks pretty good, but I can't figure out how to make it work consistently. Even though I'm holding shift, she usually doesn't grab onto the arms after a jump. Am I missing something?
Maybe I am missing something but I fell off the cliff on the right and just kept falling lol. I see there is some potential here, especially based on the other comments though. Nice work getting something done on time!
These other comments are so confusing as I've no idea how to climb... W and S do nothing and left :poop: also seems to do nothing. I understand this is unfinished but is it a falling simulator? I'm so :confounded:
Certainly felt like I started with nothing though, so great theme and humour... I suppose :stuck_out_tongue:
