Nice concept i think and i do like the minimalism.

Never seen anything like it before, more depth than expected :)

I love the idea of upgrading dice faces! It's got a strong board-game feel, but that's not something you get to do in any real board game (that I know of =). The AI could be a little more cutthroat - he was ahead 50pts to 7pts, there was just one side that needed to be bought to end the game, and he kept on buying other things. I eventually got my engine going long after his, and won 92 to 81 =).

Your instructions are pretty unclear - maybe use the term "face" instead of side, as "When 4 side piles are gone" made me think that if 4 of the 6 piles on the sides of the screen were gone the game would end. Also, plural of "die" is "dice", not "dices". I know, English sucks =).

I like the graphics, and how it fits the theme. Gonna be honest, not sure what I was supposed to do in the game other than press buy and roll. Or what that actually did. Good job finishing though!

Deckbuilder + dice, the ultimate start from nothing feel-good game. The helper text was very much appreciated, and having an opponent right from the start was a nice touch.

Really interesting game you made, could see myself playing this outside the jam as well

I was not sure what to do at first, but it clicked after I realized that I needed to get as much dice as I could and get the trash sides. Making it a process of constantly deleting sides to replace with better sides, while upgrading from another side made for a fun gameplay loop. The condition to end the game being dependent on when side piles are depleted seems odd, but it was enjoyable building up the dice to have bigger numbers. There is a lot more that can be done with this concept, great work!

Nice concept. I think I would have enjoyed more if I playing with someone else. Kicking the AI ass isn't such a thrill haha.

Interesting concept which fits the theme and is pretty fun! I could see myself playing this again.

I just love these kinds of games! Cool take on the theme! I would love some more variety in the different dice and I think you could merge the buy and skill phase into one to make it a bit smoother. Also I got stuck in an endless game because I didn't buy any trashcans and the AI refused to end the game (probably because it was losing)

I really like the concept :D It reminds me a bit of a board game called Dice Forge that has the same mechanics of customising dice. But I think the ballncing can be improved and I will try to explain why :

Due to the way the game ends, it depends a lot on the fact that you can discard sides. I played a game where the other player hadn't a possibility to do customisation and I had only one. It made the game stagnate for a while untill I could purchase other discard sides and speed up the process. But I finished with 249 where the other player had only 150.

Also I think the quantity needed to end the game is to big. Or there should be more ways to discard sides for example.

On another side, it may be nice to a some things to speed up the turn, like skipping the purchasing phase if you cannot purcahse.

But I'd like to conclude by the fact this is a really good game and the first one I play that want to play again and again :)

Really great idea and execution, I've enjoyed playing this several times trying different strategies, for what seems like a simple game it actually has a lot of depth to it. Could do with clearer instuctions and the difference between dice and sides needs to be clearer visually in my opinion. I hope you keep working on this, I think it has potential to be a really fun game!

I liked the dice rolling sounds! I also really like the design. I want to play a full version of this! Took me a while to figure out how it worked but I got it eventually. Nice that you made an AI in the course of a game jam :)

I really liked the game. The genre fit really well with the theme and I had fun building my dice. It took me a while to understand the concept of empty dice sides and the trashcans, but after that, all went well and I won in the second round.
