MOOOOOD 5 stars :)
Not my kinda game but can't deny its greatness and atmosphere. If you don't mind me asking, how did you do the VHS visual effects?
Sensacional, todos elementos da obra te mergulham de cabeça no terror dos anos 80, a estética da tv chiada. Parabéns sensacional!
wow that was suuuuuper creepy.
Wow, I have no words. Probably one of the best atmospheric games that I' ve seen in Ludum Dare. The sound treatment is brilliant and the storytelling is pretty good. Well done.
OMG! The tension! Legit creepy af, I love it! The graphics are beautifully done
As always you guys are the best in crafting mood and tension! After the #018 phrase maybe it needs a way to start again.
You've done a great job on creating the atmosphere and building up the suspense. And the convoluted story managed to catch my interest, so I've played multiple times, trying different things in an attempt to figure out the plot. Unfortunately, I still don't fully get it, but the experience was chill and suspenseful, so I'm happy about it
I have a minor complaint though. At first, it was really hard to figure out who was talking in the first scene, and who I am playing as. The fact that I was choosing the lines for the character in the shadow (and not for the main character) made me really confused on who I am playing as. Maybe putting priest's lines above his head would help? Or maybe you can record some muffled sounds as voice lines, and play them accordingly.
Other than that I really enjoyed the experience. You've managed to make a great horror game.
Interesting take on the theme, perhaps this game has the most tension out of all other games I've tried. I don't think I figured out the entire story just now, but it was certainly really intriguing. Just like Annie, my only complaint is about whose lines do I actually choose, although at this point I am not entirely clear whether we are talking about separate characters, so this confusion might have been intentional. Nevertheless, it made the intro a bit confusing. The atmosphere was quite great and nature of the gameplay was enough to make it feel engaging. Overall, well done, this game is really unique!
That's a AA game for a jam! Well done!

Cool to have a horror take on the theme. Lovely atmosphere and soundtrack, with great writing. Also VHS effect, love me some of that.
Perhaps some more challenge in the gameplay? Maybe finding the clickables yourself rather than having them pointed out to you?
Really cool though had a great time.
This is so dark! I like it haha The art design and the sounds atmosphere make the game very immersive. Great experience.
You scared me to death! But I like how your team did this. Good Work!
Scary stuff :) Very atmospheric game. Excellent graphics and sound. With voice acting this could have been a AAA experience. Well done!
Amazing horror aspect! This gave me a few good scares, very well done!
Visuals and sounds were amazing, and it was very atmospheric... Spooky.
Well done with the mood and graphics, especially the vfx! Atmosphere is on point, though the gameplay felt a bit too beginner-oriented.
Awesome man
Hey, your game seems great, it has awesome visuals and mood for sur, but for some reason I couldn't get into it ... :/ Maybe it was the langage barrier (even if I speak very well english and understands it also very well, maybe some vocabulary was a bit too specific for me) but overall I think it is the narration: it seems that even if two separate people speak, it is like a conflict in the head of only one person ... Maybe because too much backstory there is that we don't unveil (the characters' psyche and their relation).
But hey, don't mind too much what I say. I think I have not goten all of it ^^'
