A nice idea and well executed! Well done! I like the music!
A well executed idea. I liked the way the presure grow as the available line disepeared.
Nice music.
Great idea, really fun ! An idea of improvement : make the color and shapes change each time you complete one. Well done
Wow, a really unique concept! A simple game mechanic but it works really well! It took me some time to get a hang of it. Also, a fitting choice of music!
Mhh.. I couldnt move. Maybe I dont have some plugin or Im just stupid, who knows. Looks very interesting though.
That's a sweet idea. It requires some out of the box thinking to efiiciently rearrange your people. Congrats!
Interesting mechanics! You gotta play quite a lot before your brain starts seeing patterns… I got 72900 on my first attempt but clearly I was getting better towards the end.
The music is a bit repetitive but that makes it stressful which is a nice addition for that kind of game :-)
Suggestion for an instant improvement: have difficulty levels that set the rate at which the tiles are sacrificed.
That's was really fun and addictive as well as pretty original. It is a bit unclear at first what and how to do things and it may be enhanced with a bit of polish like maybe a clearer animation for rotation. But past the initial confusion it is really fun.
Thanks for everyone for the warm feedback! We are impressed with some of the high scores you have managed... we should have put up a leaderboard!
@1257th-or-nothing Changing the shapes and colors was part of the original idea. Changing the shapes was maybe too confusing, but rotating them might work to spice it up!
@mosaic Aww, sorry to hear that. Maybe in some browsers you have to click at least once on the game for it to get input? If you have reproducing steps, please do open an issue on Github!
@samh The rate at which the timer empties rises with your score, but in practice it is not noticeable and maybe not stressful enough. You are right that discrete levels may be better!
@tornoz We do have a rotation animation, but it's very short. If you have low FPS, you may not even see it. There are a couple things we could have done to make it clearer: 1) let you rotate in the "tutorial" screen to see its effect, and 2) start with a lower animation speed, and speed it up alongside the rest of the game.
I liked this small game, a good idea for gameplay, I was a little hindered by the fact that the men are very similar to each other, if it were any objects it would be easier!) Thanks and good luck!)
It was nice to play. I like the animations of those poor little priests.
A good rereading of Tetris and Puyo pop. Graphics, sounds and mechanics are very efficients. And there is also a good replay value. Nice work.
Addictive game! Nice music, mechanics and visuals.
Creative matching game with some nice polish. Always nice to play a game that works solidly. Also, thanks for writing up a post-mortem, it was interesting to see your thought process in designing a puzzle game that was actually fun and I think it paid off!
Nice! Really good concept with great polish. I would only recommend allowing different rotations of the shapes, because now it's a tad too hard.
That was fun to play! Praying animation, and music makes good mood.
