Really fun, enjoyed my time playing this! Two quick notes: 1. I think it was a bit too easy (I know that game balance is difficult to find during such a small time, so not a problem). 2. There should be somewhere written how many cards do you currently have in your hand, or how many cards you can/need to play to end the turn. I found myself counting my cards quite often.
This was nice and fun! I feel it was a bit lacking in clearness (jam, i get it) But ounce I figured it out, it was very cool. I do think at one point I managed to have things under control(stacking shields), so perhaps some balance issues, but still a clever little game nonetheless. I got to feel the running out of space where I couldn't place what I wanted because I was out of room! only problem was... its because I was doing too well! Its a charming game and stands out positively! certainly unique & fun.
@klerembot You are much better than me, I think this was hard  Good job though
Great game! Could have used some more explanation on the 'Growth' and 'Side-effect' things and like @klerembot said: It becomes too easy once you know that you can just draw cards without restrictions!
Nice game! In the beginning, I was struggling to find out what to do exactly, but after one game I (think I've) got it. Then it got a bit too easy, but like previous people said, balancing takes a lot of time which you don't have in a game jam. Overall a very solid and complete entry, well done!
Fun with a card game! I lost the first time, but managed to beat it the second round. Some card were a litle bit too advanced and some maybe a bit basic. Would have liked more "in-between"s. Maybe cards like "deal 2 damage then discard a card" that gives more risk-reward. Game looked good and felt smooth, was a really nice submission. Keep up the good work!
Cool, a card game! The system is pretty good, maybe a bit easy when you understand it. The research cards are at fault I'd say, or the infinite deck you have as a player. There were quite a few UI bugs in the web version but it was still playable and enjoyable. Good work!
(oh and funny name too ahah)
I didn't expect a card game and I'm glad I found one! There actually is some strategy to it, the rules are a bit weird at first but once you understand how they work it's great! The way some wards are worded could use more explanation but I enjoyed it overall.
Nice game.
Surprising to see a card game, but glad I did. Pretty fun! Took a little while to figure out, but I think the idea works pretty well. I could see myself playing this on the go here and there on my phone. :)
Have a great LD!
That is a really interesting game.
Took some time to figure out what disenfectants do, but when I realized how important they actually are I managed to stop the Blobs. Yah... 5th attempt.
It's a good game, but easy to figure out once you understand the mechanics. Maybe use an energy system instead of card amount, or limit the number of moves players can make per turn.
Very interesting little game! I think it is well balanced and requires a bit of strategy, well done for this entry :)
I liked the graphics and the music too.
Pretty neat card game.
Having actions and cards be essentially the same thing was a cool concept, but I'm not sure if it really worked out. Research ended up just becoming an instant play all the time, which isn't very strategically interesting. Also, optical fiber completely broke the game. Once optical fiber was obtained it was pretty much over.
Was overall pretty cool though, always interesting card game mechanics in some new and interesting twist. Great job!
Really nice card game. I really like the idea of card count being what triggered end of turn. I was also interesting that the position of some card were important, but that also made it a bit vague at times what 'next' meant and where cards should be played (on another card, or on an empty slot). So it would have been nice if there were two types of highlights, and if they weren't only the card slot but the area around the card too so that it was visible when there was a card in the spot. For two colors I'd like a green to say "this card could be useful here" and yellow to say "this card can be played here but will have not effect" (playing damage on empty slot or playing a 'next'-card on a slot where there's no card next to it). Since I only drew up to 6 and 5 meant end of turn and if I remember it correctly I carried cards between turns, it would also be nice if I could use an entire turn to swap out all (or any number of cards). Anyways, with some balancing, some better feedback and animations of the actions, it could be a very nice pastime mobile game.
Exciting game. After playing several hands I couldn't figure out any strategy yet, but previous commenters say that there is :) I think, I need to play more. I admire people who can create card games; I don't think I will ever be able to do it myself :)
