Both links broken sad to say, lmk if you fix it :v:
@BenPeterson man, thank you so much! I forgot make it public. Now it must working.
Woah great entry man! Didn't understand what was going on at all at first and I still thought it was dope cause of that juicy weird bar animation every few seconds
Once I came back here to learn the color meanings it made sense, really cool concept and a lot of fun to play. sometimes I'd fuck up and run out of time or change my mind too late and it just felt like a fair penalty
thumbs up from me
Pretty good, but no instructions (outside of this page XD ), use for gold, or explanation for how much damage/healing/gold you'd get. But still pretty dope, and has a cool feel to it once you get the hang of it.
@BenPeterson greatest thanks! I hope everyone read game description before playing, because without *gamerules understanding* that really looks like shaking shit 😂
@pandademic42 thanks, man! unfortunately i did not have time to make *tutorial* and *player stats* 😥
Hard to figure out, but was fun once I understood it. Sounds would have made it much better. That timer SMASHING IN felt so strong visually, I can only imagine what it feels like with a matching audio cue.
Congrats on the game, GG!
I also had a hard time figuring things out at the beginning, but I stuck it out and it was pretty cool! Great job!
Things I like:
1. Very minimalist and clean graphics 2. Cool animations
Can be improved:
1. Some music and sound would definitely make it much nicer! 2. I initially thought it was a match-3 game and get very confused. (A match-3 boss fight is also a cool idea)
@Ruoyu that's actually a good point(that game looks like match-3), thank you!
Very crisp look, and an interesting concept. Took me a while to figure out what I was doing. There seemed to be many fewer attack items than I needed, and I wasn't sure what the gold was for. I enjoyed messing around with it, though.
Really fun! I liked that you keep your progress when you die. After killing and being killed at the same time I got into a weird state where symbols were overlapping, the timing bar was freaking out, etc.
@ted-carter ``` After killing and being killed at the same time I got into a weird state where symbols were overlapping, the timing bar was freaking out, etc. ``` this is bug, sad to say. I'll try to fix that. Thank you for playing and feedback!
Well made but sounds would have taken it the extra mile.
Graphics were nice and clean, with great presentation and polish. Really fun concept! I wish I had a sense of my gold/progress; it was hard to figure out how much damage/healing/block to expect for any given round.
I liked the simple graphics and rules once I understood them. The playing field was too tall for me to see all of it on screen; I'd suggest making it R-L or something so the whole field is visible. It will need either a little more complexity or additional levels to keep me coming back. Thanks for the game!
Wow I really like this game, it's a pretty innovative concept, also adicting :P
As others have said, sfx would have made it great.
Solid entry!
Awesome game but damn don't that difficulty ramp up quick. Would of been nice if the difficulty went up steady going from was it 75hp or 15hp (the second one) to 200 was wow, and it could heal and had the same grid as mine (Think it would of been better to have the stage2 health with the 4x4 grid as the third enemy then maybe 150hp with 4x4 grid as 4th? Just some thoughts.
Overall though great little game, really fun to play. I enjoyed it alot!
Very nice aesthetics, just missing some audio! Great job.
@jelch, @jshaffer94247, @baby-dino-herd, @rombus, @eddyneave, @alferbayter Thank you very much for playing and feedback! :v:
I really like this game! Glancing through the source code, I noticed some Cordova files - does this mean you'll be releasing an Android version too?
