This is soooo cool!!

janachumi 2017-12-05 04:07

Beautiful! And funny :)

romain-navazo 2017-12-05 14:24

Good answer to the theme :)

harark 2017-12-05 14:36

Fantastic game! At first I thought it was rather dull, but then I noticed things changing and OH MY GOD SO MUCH IS HAPPENING!

Very nice experience. :)

mess110 2017-12-05 21:37

Really cool game. The progressive nature of it. Amazing. Good sounds as well.. At one point I was just spamming and sort of forgot why I can't move. Can you customize the keys?

hegemege 2017-12-05 21:38

Bravo, I had a lot of fun playing this, and managed to win on the first try! Very nice graphics, everything tied together well! The only sort of problem was how much UI space all the different bars were taking, but I was still barely able to see the incoming enemies (which was probably intended). At first I thought it was a melee attack because I was unable to see the tiny, non-contrasted projectiles from the weapon. I liked how the player grew stronger, too.

Please, consider your players next time and lower the volume, it was deafeningly loud! I had to take off my headphones and I could still hear the music loud and clear. Or a mute/volume option?

azathothep 2017-12-05 21:42

This game has neat graphics and unexcepted good and original gameplay base on key strike skill. However the game become quickly too hard and music loop become annoying (it's cool at the begin , but when you hear it 300 times... a bit too loud maybe)

xahell 2017-12-05 21:46

Very fun, cool sounds, nice mechanics.

I love it.

nehvis 2017-12-05 21:47

Simple, but kinda funny. Seems quite polished. And also rip headphone users :D

konomizure 2017-12-05 21:49

One of the best games that i played here! i really loved it!

tabass 2017-12-05 22:00

Hi everyone, thanks for all your feedback! We had some problem balancing the audio volume (it was too low at first but when we understood why, we may have set it too loud, haha). We are going to upload another version of the game with a more reasonable volume!

fireslash 2017-12-05 22:36

Interesting approach to added complexity!

I do wish the weapon's visuals were improved more with each added mechanic; I do notice minor changes but they don't feel (visually or damage wise) like worthwile improvements given the added complexity. Half the fun of a design like this is making the player feel "overpowered", but the new mechanics mostly just felt like they were dragging me down.

That was a great game! I enjoyed it greatly and had to play until I won. The screen did get very crowded very quickly, but I was also playing the WebGL and not in full screen mode, so that may be a large part of it. for having a WebGL build.

charles-cox 2017-12-06 06:45

Very cool! I love the art direction and characters, it is unique in my opinion

joel-davis 2017-12-06 07:00

Really neat. At first I was like, what does this have to do with the theme, but then it dawned on me. Great artwork, and fun gameplay. Not sure about the wizard theme. Would have been a little more managable if the player "snapped" to lanes, but I really liked all the reload, cooling, mana, etc.. mechanics. nice work.

avavt 2017-12-06 13:00

Funny game. The panic rush was good laugh.

I still don't know what Refill (G) does because by that time I have already spammed everything that lit.

The UI taking the entire screen is annoying but also hilarious as heck, I'd even say that's the best part of the game

gruhh 2017-12-06 13:15

I really liked the set of mechanics, a simple but strong game. Congratulations on the project.

Gostei muito do conjunto de mecânicas, um jogo simples mas forte. Parabéns pelo projeto. :flag_br:

baby-dino-herd 2017-12-06 16:50

Really enjoyed playing the game, and I'd say it ended at exactly the right time before I got too frustrated. Despite the (rather loud) volume, the music helped to create the frantic feeling even before I found myself overwhelmed with multiple cooling options. Nicely done! :keyboard:

blakemcdeezy 2017-12-07 20:20

haha, that was fun - what a great game for the theme! Loved the visuals/sound effects/concept - very cool all around! I wish I had more hands

plasmonic 2017-12-07 23:02

Great game, loved the descent into madness!

cosmic-adventure-squad 2017-12-08 06:54

This was a lot of fun! I really liked your interpretation of the theme and the way you took a mechanic and pushed it overboard! I was initially frustrated when the first 2 HUDs appeared, but as more and more appeared I saw how clever it was. It was especially evil to have the keys be all over the keyboard, added to the cognitive load and sense of panic for the player. Great work!

mundis 2017-12-13 15:08

Looks nice but pretty boring... Oh, I didn't notice I had to reload before, I mustn't have been paying attention... Oh, what's this I've unlocked, some kind of ability... (2 minutes later) AAAAAAAH TOO MUCH!

Haha, in all seriousness this is the most fun I've have playing games for the jam (and there is some stiff competition). The whole thing just feels like one big practical joke at the players expense and I love it. Managed to complete the game on the first go, but short and sweet and doesn't overstay it's welcome.

Seriously, fantastic effort 5/5!

mosesg 2017-12-15 21:08

Wow this game is really good! I love how you added complexity and difficulty not by increasing enemy health or decreasing shooting speed but by introducing new game mechanics which you then have to handle at the same time, such a great idea for incorporating the theme. Well done!

bocodillo 2017-12-17 01:04

Really liked the way the game ramps up over time. The graphics and audio were really good too. Solid entry & a very fun game.

nekoballs 2017-12-18 17:14

I really like this one! Great take on the theme. There could have been even more stuff to press or different mechanics to do

Our team does a weekly indie gamedev podcast called Nice Games Club, and we just did a Let's Play episode where we played thirty-six (!!) Ludum Dare 40 games, including yours (which was one of our favorites)!
