Ok premise, but I did not think the light gun was used to its full potential. Light markers weren't that useful, and the graphics of the blocks in the light were kind of glitchy in the first place.

**Great game!** I really liked the concept of the game-mechanic!
There were some bugs such as you keep on living for a few seconds after death. This is an interesting game-idea and I would tottaly play it alot if you developed it further.
If I have to complain about something it would be the lack of sound.
**Overall** I had a good time playing this game. I felt what you were aiming for, this was a exelent prototype! Thank you so much for this experience and good luck in the future! Have an awesome day, and I hope to see you in the next jam!

Hmm, i think you would've done great with more time but for now the game isn't achieving what it aims to do. The physics are glitchy the movement feels floaty and as said in the other gun right now the light markers aren't very useful.

At first, I thought this was just a simple platformer, but I was so glad to be wrong once I got to the "end" of the first level. Making the player leave reminders to themselves is such a great and brilliant idea, and I love it! I had a bit of a system going where I'd put a dot above important ground bits, two dots above enemies, and a dot above and below a platform if there was a ledge. I really enjoyed the emergent gameplay here.
The game was enjoyable, however it was quite easy to complete most levels even without the core mechanic of the light gun.
The idea is great idea and it could make a very good game. But in the present state, it is frustrating because the player spend more time to die because of the bad controls and jump than to explore the main concept of the game. I think you should make the jump and the obstacle easier and the light-gun "puzzle" harder. Here you have too many energy to put mark and even without mark you can finnish a level. As this is an interesting mechanic, I would like to play to an improved version !
Cool concept!
The light gun should draw over all objects. The controls and game were a lil glitchy, but at least it's playable.
It'd be cool if you did more with the light gun, like let it become a light rope when drawn in a specific place or use it to mark a complicated button sequence to open a door, with a like space-station-future kind of theme.
I did not get the idea in the first level, but then, after I understood what the concept is, I really liked it. Unfortunately there are some glitches here and there, but you still had a good idea and made a good game out of it! :)
Good work, neat idea! I ran out of light markers on my first try and it seems you can't recover them by touching. The level design seems a bit flat.
I went through the first level assuming it was a basic platformer, but it was a pleasant surprise when you introduce the twist of having to navigate back through without a light source. As others have said, it's a shame that more couldn't be done with the light markers, and I think some music would have definitely helped make the run back a bit more tense. But all in all a pretty neat idea.
Neat little game. The light gun was a nice idea but didn't serve much purpose. There were a few glitches too, for example the camera could be moved even after dying, and if you hold down the A or D buttons while jumping against a wall then you will get stuck there until you release the key. This didn't prevent death when falling into gaps, however, and only prolonged an inevitable death :) There were a few minor graphical glitches with the shading and a bit of sound would've completed the game's mood. Overall it's a nice game and I had fun playing it!

The onboarding needs improvement but the graphics are great.
Great gameplay but may need little fixes on the movement. Didn't understood how to use the light at first. If levels were longer but with more spread out obstacles you could rise the player speed and it may get even more interesting :D
Nice idea, but I had to read the comments to understand that you needed to go back (the 'go back' arrow was hidden by the window borders). By touching twice the right blueish rectangle, the game finishes the current level ... this was veeeeeeeeery misleading.
