This is a pretty solid game deserving more attention! I like that you actually put effort into the tutorial, unlike most other entries in Ludum Dare.
The sprites look a little too similar, combined with the rotation world, it can be hard to find the correct one to connect. If you plan to extend develop it further, I suggest putting some different kinds of creatures, like cow, dog or even alien.

I honestly really enjoyed playing your game. The concept is very original and completely fits the theme. Graphics and sfx are cute and it's quite impressive that all of this fits in very small executable. At first I thought it was too easy but the last level begins to be tricky. In order to enhance the gameplay, it might be cool to add new kinds of connections. Eg. connections that can cross each other for a small amount of time or even extra-planetary connections with satellites...
Really good job.
**196X - LA, USA** Ladies and gentlemen! We give you the internet, a series of tubes which will connect every human on the planet!
*HUZZAH!* **Everyone joins up**
**The next day** No sir, I cannot dial you up just now, there's a blocking connection right over there you see. Could you move right next to your friend please, then we are in business... What do you mean you don't need our services anymore? Talked to them face to face, *you did what now!*
**Later that day** Gents... We need to rethink our strategy, technology and lives.
**Humanity reverts back to the stone age**
...
A nice puzzle. Easy but pleasant. Fine work!
I was very impressed with the presentation and the slick interface and Tutorial. The idea is also very cool and original, although as implemented I don't think it's that much fun, it's always solvable and so with no time limit it's very simple. How about denying you the ability to shift people who are already connected but allowing you to restart, so at least order of connections is important? Still very impressive overall, and I'm also impressed with the small size and single Linux executable that worked out of the box!
This was an interesting game. I really liked the concept behind this. I feel though that the puzzles are kinda simple -- I don't think the current mechanics as it stand can support complex puzzles though. My biggest complaint is that I actually have a hard time finding the other person. Like guy A wants to connect with guy B, and it takes me at least 10 seconds to find guy B. I think this is due to the sprite size and how so many of them look the same and colored so similarly (and also because I'm kinda tired). Pretty good entry overall! Good job!

Fits the theme well, nice graphics, tune fits the theme perfectly. Game-play very original. Difficulty increases well with each stage. Good that there was a tutorial. I agree with tompudding about adding some more limits, either a time limit or restrictions on moving connected people. Or having a scoring system where the fewer moves made gets more points.

Great idea! The thinking pattern or the puzzle is simple, but it becomes difficult and interesting when the lines become more. Music and sound effect is very good, too. I didn't find any collections but overall, this is a great game!

Great concept! I think the character sprites are bit too similar, or you could have higher resolution characters so the finer details would be more clear. Tutorial was nice touch but the text window was constantly in way so it became really annoying. Also sometimes characters thought bubble would go outside the screen and all I can do is wait for it to appear again. Title screen is really hard on eyes, all those colors and that jumping. Epilepsy warning:)

That was quite adorable! I really liked the slow-paced puzzling and the overall idea. The graphics were a little too reduced and it made the game a little harder than intended, but I had a lot of fun with it. Really nice idea with a positive vibe.
Great idea! I like this "logical connect" type of games!

Loved the fact that you have a great tutorial! It was a good and simple puzzle. The one criticism that I have is that the graphics made it hard to identify which person to connect to. In this case the sprites where too pixely to clearly see details. Maybe you could have also named the characters, so you can still keep the aesthetic but make it easier to see for the player.

``` $ ./Talkies Segmentation fault (core dumped) ```
Archlinux, up to date. The same happen with 32 and 64 build (on an x86_64 computer)
Adorable game. Loved the cohesive graphics and idea, and that it had a tutorial (although the text overflowed the box for me). I would have loved to see more limitations (limited number of swaps) or mechanics to make it challenging (since, other than lakes, I could just switch everyone to be next to each other, once I spotted who was who). Unlike other reviewers I felt the memory / spot-the-difference thing was actually the entire point, it seemed like a "where's waldo" type of game, making it very suitable to become a great game for kids.
(BTW, Ubuntu GNU/Linux 17.04, the 64 bit one ran fine here.)
Very nicely done. I really liked the variety of characters. Good idea to fade the music during the main game.
It wasn't particularly difficult, and I don't have any suggestions on how to make it more challenging. As @michaelb suggests, with a little tweaking it would be a good game for kids. (I game mine to a nephew and he really enjoyed it, he's 11. So...)
Quite interesting. A rather consistent and polished game. Easy to play. I only had problems on a wide screen when the bubble went off the bottom edge, so I put it into a square window :) It was rather challenging to find the desired persons (nice generator :)) and I don't have any colour vision problems. A very good and solid entry, congrats!
