Interesting! Like a text adventure re-imagining of the old Grow flash games. Very cool idea -- indirect civ through demands. Well done!
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD33 → I Hunger

I already spoke with you indepth about your game, but I will speak on it a little here:
Fantastic job on the writing, it really kept me interested throughout my first play through, and in the various changes I made thereafter. But I would say that this game has one big flaw, for me: It's so writing focused that I don't really feel the game portion of it. I'd love for there to be more ways to interact with humans and to give some depth to my actions. The story is so well written, it pains me to just passively click "LEARNING" or "BLOOD" without actually being able to interact or contribute.
Looking forward to your further development of this!
Simple but affective text adventure. Cool idea.
True to the theme, I got Genocide ending :D
The game part is debatable but the text was interesting and atmospheric enough. Images from ActRaiser came to mind at certain times. Hey that's and idea: next time, end the narrative part with a 2d platformer ;)
Fantastic story, and told in a way that's not common with Twine. The combos system was interesting. Great job!
very interesting and different!
Interesting stuff. The writing is good and thought provoking at times. Nice take on the theme. I appreciated the variety of endings. desiring all Learning went where I expected it to, so that was satisfying. Some sound, probably in the form of ambient effects, would have with immersion.
I haven't seen a text based game in a while, good work!
I managed to make it through a few of the endings. I liked how my choices impacted the fate of Man, and how depending on those choices, Man can survive my punishments and I can keep playing.
nice little text adventure! Pleasant to see that kind in such polished way.
I liked the story of it.
Beautifully written text game - reminiscent of those adventure books that gave the reader various options sending them to different pages.
Very creative and well-written. I got the genocide ending and the forgotten ending. The ability to easily "undo" and go back is helpful and makes the experience more entertaining. Great work!
Very nice project guys, i really love it, please check our game too and if you liked it give us a vote. Look for Road to hell and enjoy.
Pretty well done text adventure. Had so much fun getting mortals to worship me :D
This was a solid game for sure. My first and second playthroughs were very rewarding, but what I experienced as a lack of real depth made the next three runs less compelling. Maybe if each decision added something to man's city, even if the description was just a sentence. I often felt like the "observe" link didn't give me enough back to warrant the extra click. Maybe just include the observations in the main body of text?
Anyway, altogether really nice!
Well that was, um, interesting! Nice to see another Twine game here (good to know I'm not the only one). And you took quite a different approach to how I went (considering this compo was my first Twine game, I still have a lot to learn about Twine, so it's nice to see the different things that can be done!)
hm, unusual game on LD, but it's done perfectly! Interesting text game, nice!
Great game, it's interesting to see what outcomes come out of different demands.
This text adventure is pretty clever, good job on the writing, really liked it.
