This is an excellent game that really runs with the theme and offers lots of replay value as you try to improve on your time. My best so far? 56 minutes. Very enjoyable.

Very nice entry, really funny and lovely.

malsanity 2015-04-20 09:44

39 minutes, 3 chainsaws :)

pavel_insight 2015-04-20 15:29

Interesting game, a lot of nice graphics and funny concept. :)

stechas 2015-04-20 15:53

Interesting concept with beautiful atmosphere. I wish I know to make such cool graphics :)

Cool little game. :) Interesting idea, and nicely presented. I am apparently awful at it, with a score of 81 minutes.

That was a fun little experience. Everything was well thought out and polished. I played through it a few times. 78 minutes was my best.

I think there is a bug with hit chance (instead of adding up, it seems to only count the last item added).

That being said, pretty nice style and a very unconventional weapon indeed!

Beautiful graphics, nice UI work.

Excellent game. Very well set mood thanks to good graphics and audio. Certainly reminds me of Stick of Truth!

Top score after 2 tries was 62 mins. Seems the game favors damage over anything else :P

kaiseangames 2015-04-20 20:56

Simply great.

Good amount of polish! I got out in 125 minutes - I feel like each item I placed didn't really affect my hose stats that much. I ended up placing everything on the far left end in an attempt to make a noticeable difference in my attributes between rounds.

mortus 2015-04-21 17:22

Pretty fun idea, I loved the containers with draggable loot, reminds me of Ultima Online a lot. :D

I'm not sure how hit chance works though, I've added 2 items with ~40 hit chance and it didn't change in stats window when attacking the door.

musket 2015-04-21 18:04

Yup, hit chance is broken...
stats.hitchance = itemStats.hitchance;
Should have been:
stats.hitchance += itemStats.hitchance;

This was a really cute take on the theme, and surprisingly well constructed and polished for a compo entry! Feels like something you'd see on a Flash Game arcade site. I managed to get out in 56 minutes thanks to a Speed and Crit Chance based weapon build. Thanks for the game!

Interesting concept, but I felt it missed something to be really funny. I like the mood and the narrative behind.

Loved this game! It was clever, cute, and fun! The graphics were very nice and the music fit the feeling of the game. Really enjoyed attaching different garden tools to my hose, and seeing how it affected my hits! Great job!

my team wanted to a macguyver style make weapons out of random things game, but we couldn't think of a good idea. you nailed it. well done.

timm638 2015-04-26 09:32

I like it, really.

frederickk 2015-05-02 04:27

What a wonderful entry!
Loved how you solved the theme!
Good job! :)

twiik 2015-05-09 17:11

Really fun. Extremely polished. No source though, isn't that required for compo entries?
