Really fun game, but i got literally a little sick flying through the rock formation, in fullscreen it scrolled to fast for my eyes. :)
Nice shooter, well done in pixelart. Even the planet at the beginning are perfect.
The game is pretty fast but shooter's fan loves speed.
It's far from the theme (if we excpect the start story) but it's a real good game.
Awesome job! I had forgotten how much I loved bullet hell games. I loved the attention to detail you had, the bullet patterns and formations, the sense of speed you were able to convey as well as the 8 bit aesthetic. Awesome job!

Far from the theme? Didn't you see the silly ending cinematic? I believe it was the most literal interpretation possible. Maybe my art didn't clearly convey what I wanted.
Well made classic game. Very solid mechanics and handling, and good animations.
Bullet hell games are not my usual thing so this was a bit of a crash course for me, but I'm happy to report I got through it. That was cool! The art looks beautiful in that retro-modern way; the rock-like red heart is super evocative. The explosions are well-animated and feel crunchy. I found the bullet hell mechanics fairly compelling. Well done :D
Can't vote fairly as I can't get too far. It's way too difficult, even with slowdown.

Absolutely amazing game, honestly my favorite so far.
Personally felt the game design to be incredibly polished in all the right ways, nothing felt unnecessary, graphics made everything precise and easy to see (i.e. not confusing your fire with enemy fire, etc), the design between enemy fire patterns and enemy arrangement patterns made it feel consistently fresh, loved the introduction of the environment and then it's integration when also fighting enemies, even though there wasn't scoring it always felt satisfying to defeat enemies and get to the next area, the keys for speed adjustment made it easy to get the control you needed for navigation, honestly had so much fun with this.
While I'm not good at all with bullet hell games this made me want to get good and I couldn't stop until I at least beat the first area.....then just over 30 minutes later I completed the entire game XD. It felt like a really well polished demake almost. Congratulations on this entry :), and that ending lol.

A fun bullet hell, but shooting seemed almost pointless because most enemies only fired once and they fired before they were in a position to be hit.
So many bullets! Fun game. The background scrolled a bit too fast for me.
I find the bullets and background to move too fast that I can't focus on the bullets themselves. Dodging them is hell, pun intended. I really like the boss where you have to break through.

That's a pretty complete topscroller to have put together within the LD timeframe.
The movement feels nice. The dash key is a nice mechanic. The graphics were pretty cool too. I like the variety in the levels and enemies.
Also, even though it's a small detail, I love the "everything on the screen dies with the boss" effect at the end. Very pro. :D
