You built a game with science in it!

I enjoyed this. I would have enjoyed so much more of it!

skully 2012-04-23 22:57

wouldn't consider it a game as such, but certainly a very good looking application, was really mesmerised and immersed by it.

Downloaded the windows version but can't get it to run, html file shows black blank page.

proch 2012-04-25 19:31

i really really liked it! i don't know why... but i liked it :D

supersoul 2012-04-26 16:06

Great presentation and mood. I just wish it was longer.

morgawr 2012-04-26 16:17

Tried the linux version... I open the index.html using Firefox (Aurora) and it just plays the arpeggio.wav without showing anything. Why didn't you just upload it to a public folder on dropbox or something?

invaderjim 2012-04-27 02:10

You blinded me with science.

rhy3756547 2012-04-28 20:41

Pretty cool, but there's not much content! I would have loved something with more of a story or whatever. :)

emongev 2012-04-29 20:58

Looooved the microscope gameplay mechanic, and the visual effect it had. I agree that this isnt a game, but i would love if it was, it has a great idea you could exploit as the microscope mechanic. =)

Can't play on Firefox. I extracted all the resources and are in the same folder, but all I see is a black screen.

dainvadda 2012-05-01 12:21

What a lovely little game! Maybe you should use other controls for the focus. Some Notebooks do not have the Page Up/Down keys. Other than that: great! :D

schizofunky 2012-05-02 12:40

I tried on windows and mac and both just left me on a blank screen :(

djcsdy 2012-05-03 14:15

It's daft to make a browser game and then force players to download a zip file to play it. If you'd just dumped the files on Dropbox without zipping them up, you could have just linked to the index.html and it would have worked.

Presentation and mood are excellent. There isn't much of a game here but I like it all the same.

ratking 2012-05-04 18:03

Black screen here, too. (Firefox, Win7) I extracted all the files.

j0n 2012-05-05 16:02

Pretty neat idea.

garethjenkins 2012-05-07 06:58

Great style, but doesn't lead far enough to really get sunk in. Would also have preferred the controls to rotate the world, not indicate direction for the camera.

jedi 2012-05-08 02:01

Another black screen with Firefox after extracting all the files :(.

matt 2012-05-10 03:27

Science rules!

valeour 2012-05-12 13:15

Really should be longer, there's a really good concept here.

jellyfame 2012-05-12 13:19

To short otherwise great!

namuol 2012-05-12 15:52

Love the focus effect -- it's a very elegant technique.

Agreed, not exactly a game per se, but still an enjoyable and unique experience, and certainly fits the theme. Full points for mood, for sure. Nice job.
