***I'm posting this on all non-browser games I bring up in an attempt to encourage folks to make browser games next time around. Do not take it personally.***
When hundreds of people make non-browser games, that means that, to play all of the entries, I would need to download hundreds of games to my computer. I typically use OS X, so Windows-only entries are particularly inconvenient.
Please consider making a browser game next time.

Nice - liked this one a lot. Cool sounds and music. Would be cool to have the other buildings all do stuff (probably in the plans - or maybe I missed that?).
I initially got an error about not having d3dx9_41.dll on my computer (Win7). I assumed that was DirectX, so I went and installed the latest version, and it worked! Just warning you that you might want to mention the requirement. Neat game though!

@LukeRissacher Yeah that was totally the idea - buy items from the shop, etc. Ran out of time for that however.

It took me a couple tries to get the hang of it but, when I did, it became quite fun! The game is responsive and dynamic. I also really liked the sounds.
It would be nice if there was a way to dodge the bullets, like jumping. Also, the spinning animation made me bit dizzy -- maybe fix the position of the player on the screen?

I agree with both criticisms. The camera is very lazy, it likely needs tightening a tad to keep track of the player better.
