Really love the blood effects, and the cloning is interesting (in a good way), but it is just too easy to just use your sword to complete the levels... Good game overall though!
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD20 → Clone Wolf

Great game :} Too short to get boring. Loved the X button
Great game :} Too short to get boring. Loved the X button more for time stop than cloning
^ this & absolutely loved the soundtrack!
The cloning idea is great!
Yay, good music, the atmosphere reminds me of "Lord of the sword" on Sega Master System. sound fits the game.
Variety of geaphics is decent for 48h.
The main thing is challange and balance. It needs work in that aspect but the idea is awesome! It is kind of like playing Jamie Madrox(Multiple Man) from the comics.
It's really a nice concept to clone yourself (also fits the theme), but I just used it as a time stop too. The auto-generated terrain is a cool idea, but it makes it hard to actually predict difficulty, so it doesn't get harder towards the end.
Pretty neat.
Controls felt a bit uncomfortable to me for some reason, but I could get a handle on them with practice.
Gratz on clearing the LD!
Cute idea, great implementation. Shame the controls are a bit awkward and combat is a bit simplistic - best strategy seems to be to wait for them to fall on your sword with a few clones as backup. I still enjoyed and finished it though :)
Hah, I had pretty much the exact same thought and set up for my entry, very different games though!
Neat concept - but in practice the clones just end up as extra lives, since only the guy at the front can actually do anything.
Really cool just wish there was a bit more competitive fighting and you didn't instantly die... but Awesome ;)
Well, that was fun.
I did have a problem with the Z/X-controls, as in "german keyboards have Y and Z exchanged", and I had to make some unconfortable hand-movements.
I like the enemy variety. The sword swing is awkward though. Onward clones!
Really like the music and the cutscene graphics.
The player movement was a little stiff, and the action a little repetitive. But in overall I liked it. It has a nice premisses for a bigger game.
This feels very complete, with the intro and ending screens and level variety. You must be very good at planning your time :)
I like the concept but I too found that I only used the cloning for stopping time and running past enemies. It's still an interesting mechanic though, seems like you can use it in many different ways.
I found it annoying the way that attacking works. You have to time it just right to kill multiple enemies and his sword does not reach that far from his body so it's difficult to gauge when you will hit. I didn't manage to get past the third level before I gave up.
I really like the music and graphics. Also like the fact that you made a whole slew of enemies and procedually generate the levels, gives quite a lot of variation.
Good work!
Ugh I guess the three wolf moon shirt fits with the game.
Awesome graphics. Gameplay got a little repetitive, but the concept/story is fun.
The updated non-compo version seems a bit more frustrating, between enemies coming up behind you and having to charge the coin.
Good stuff!
Awesome game, liked the graphics and sound.
Cool concept and well executed! Congratulations on a great entry!
