Apr 20 07:55:32 transmission.nil ♥ 1 Nice job! Loved the art style and the sound effects (although it was strange why the noise is only in my right ear?). I totally would play such a game, if it would be a bit more story driven - like you need to make contacts as you progress, etc. etc. (of course much out of a scope for a jam game)
Apr 20 08:05:56 10m 24s Singing Space CEOs ♥ 1 I love this concept of you need to produce music to sound alien as really alien music is not that alien in the end. :) It was really cool to play around with the filters, pitch etc. and get a differently sounding landscape... I agree with Jed that it was not super clear what was driving stakeholder happiness - i assume likely the amount of tweaks to the original songs (like have more mods and more extreme mod settings)... Anyway I think this is a super original entry - and love the concept! It so nice to see an entry with music/sound focus. I almost would expand this game into a bit more specific on what the trends are on Earth (like a few sound examples), and then dig those out and try to mimic to some way (or come up with a new trend or something). Great entry, really enjoyed playing - and nice leverage of sound tools!
Apr 20 08:14:50 8m 54s Follow the signal ♥ 1 Congratulations for nice entry... I love the vibe of these hand-drawn art and the sounds were nicely matching your mysterious theme... The concept is super -- how to make sound signals and turn them to attach/defend and how can you stack them/combine type of signals... Probably a jam is too short to be able to fully exploit this topic - i saw more potential on driving combinations and make sounds really also change. What i mean like attack cards give more metal sounds, deeper, fast rythms, whereas heal cards are more high pitched etc.. but some basic sound cards would not be good basis for healing (like heal would only filter high frequencies and if you have a bass sound, it wont work)... Anyhow super nice concept and great entry. Congratulations!!!
Apr 20 08:22:46 7m 56s Checkers: Under the Radar ♥ 1 Nice way to mod checkers with not being able to see your enemy moods. This almost begs for more of that - eg. you being able to decide where to put signal towers, maybe those towers need to be chained - so the game gets about intel more (and maybe counter intel the enemy :). Anyway really nice entry - the music/sounds added a lot to the game (although i see you have opted out from that category - still nicely integrated).
Apr 20 08:35:22 12m 36s Bulletproof Broadcast ♥ 1 This is really super! I love the idea and the execution... Its so cool how rebels change the sentence but sometimes in positive sentiment, sometimes negative... Also a super nice touch on how after we shut a rebel, the remaining people reorganise to some supporting message... Really nicely done!!!
Apr 20 08:41:18 5m 56s Blackboard Eraser Arcade ♥ 2 Nice combination of a memory and logical puzzle game. Clean, elegant execution. Love the leaderboards setup (wheel rotation feels super retro in a good way).
Apr 20 08:45:31 4m 13s ResonanceGun ♥ 1 Wow such a nice art/vibe for graphics, it really so cool. Also the concept is great on having sound based weapons. I found it a bit hard to get what sounds I shall use - yet I like the visual display and the idea... Congratulations, nice inspirational entry!
Apr 20 08:52:15 6m 44s Deep Fall ♥ 0 Indeed a great, elegant entry. It's simple yet the mood is really cool - the engine sound, the radar from time to time and as you go deeper the noise growing... all really nicely create that mysterious vibe! Congratulations, super entry!
Apr 20 08:57:12 4m 57s Flirting 101 ♥ 3 I think some colliders do not seem to work in the web build. Even if the heart hits the person, nothing happens. Good you had the skip button so I could advance a few maps to see what puzzles you have laid out... I think a nice, clean puzzle game - so a great jam entry!
Apr 20 09:03:04 5m 52s Ignorance is profitable ♥ 1 Well, a great game for a one day jam!!! I like the idea of capturing waves, the satellites felt too slow but I guess that's the point of the game :) It was interesting duality that the waves also can feed your research - so serves both as attack and benefit. Anyway, nice entry!
Apr 20 16:29:26 7h 26m Terminal Espionage ♥ 2 I love the visual and the retro typing vibe. It feels really sitting like in such a control station. The learning curve is a bit hard though. The monitor glitches are really super, yet it's a bit too frequently done - maybe the command monitor could be working properly and some of the other monitors are bad ? :) Plus, the sound is really amazing, totally brings the right mood. Great submission, congrats!
Apr 20 16:34:24 4m 58s Black Forest ♥ 1 I like the idea, it would be a neat thing to operate such a network of operations... maybe even put in some losses/delays etc. making the game even more challenging to complete. Even though you could not finish, it's good you have submitted. Congratulations!
Apr 20 16:47:54 13m 30s Signal Out of Space ♥ 3 Super game and concept! I love the art and the simplicity of the gameplay - surely a nice story can be explained this way. Like the guess and match mechanic - and the spin on those... so you might get more of certain items so you might want to change the order of direction, plus you need to put in the turn icon to guess - really nice touches! Congrats for your game entry!
Apr 20 16:55:45 7m 51s Astral Pilgrimage of Sound ♥ 1 Nice work! The audio was really nice, i enjoyed discovering the different kinds of music. Congrats!
Apr 21 03:33:25 10h 37m suno pi tomo tawa (Traffic Light) ♥ 0 Very nice mini-game! I liked the visual and glyphs a lot too, and this game proved surprisingly difficult for me :) Anyway, great take on theme and super work!
Apr 21 03:39:33 6m 08s Beat the Signal ♥ 1 Lovely game! I very much like the audio synch in jam games or in games is rare, and it was so good to see it was done. Nice tutorial too! And yes the game felt polished, even though graphics were simple.
Apr 21 03:51:14 11m 41s Logic Emitter ♥ 2 The best compo game I have played so far! Congratulations! A perfectly scoped jam game, with right balance of logic-mechanics, matching abstract art and sounds-music brought this to life. Right onboarding and tutorial! Really cool game entry, and nice concept with the circles and logic challenges!
Apr 21 04:02:08 10m 54s Broken Jukebox ♥ 1 Hahaha! A really nice game and concept. I enjoyed a lot playing with the knobs and getting the broken controls working. I like how the graphical design was brought to life, it made that club feeling and the animation-movement of the crowd with the texts and leaving people were really working well. Also super idea on changing pitch-noise-volume this way and that the controls reset with every song! Congrats!
Apr 21 04:08:56 6m 48s The Last Transmition ♥ 1 Wow, the graphics are amazing! The mood of this game is really super, and nice job on explaining math and waves... It would be so cool to learn how sinus waves add in school like this!!!
Apr 21 06:21:21 2h 12m Signal Through the Blizzard ♥ 1 The graphics and the mood is nice - the structure with the bonefire and how the freezing gets worse totally worked. I missed the bit the usage of the signal to help guide the solution. Anyway, great submission, congratulations!
Apr 21 06:28:55 7m 34s Signal Breaking ♥ 1 Excellent puzzle game, I enjoyed playing it a lot!
Apr 21 18:38:35 12h 09m Galaxy Connect ♥ 1 I was also following the same strategy as AI (or at least I thought) - select all cards, select top number of connection... Somehow it did not occur to me what might be a better strategy. Maybe its just late though. I like this game however, nice graph based game - Congratulations!
Apr 21 18:48:03 9m 28s Radio Silence ♥ 2 I love the vibe and mood of the game. The music makes this less of a horror, maybe more a midnight ambient which is really cool - it has a bit of a strange vibe but not scary. I picked up the battery, got the code but was not sure how I can place the battery in the radio. Do I need to charge it somewhere before I can place it in the radio tower?
Apr 22 05:52:12 11h 04m Enigma - A simple decoding adventure ♥ 0 I really liked the computer and the game idea... The graphics are beautiful and the setting would want me to play. I could not figure out the first puzzle though - and it felt like random guessing vs. some logical way to deduct what the right solution might be. Although this just might be me and this did not click to me. Anyway, nice game - congratulations!
Apr 22 05:57:11 4m 59s Sine Factory ♥ 1 Super nice game, and great idea to do a signal based processing. Reminds me pure data and I wish you could actually hear the waves as you add/modify them (maybe not constantly but part of the solution). The other thing which came to my mind is Factorio - like it would be really interesting to have a supply chain game where its about sounds and things you need to produce... Congratulations - quite impressive in 2 days you have this building logic done!
Apr 22 18:07:55 12h 10m DOT & DASH ♥ 0 Very nice graphics and cool game idea. Congratulations!
Apr 22 19:06:23 58m 28s NEON BREACH: Get the Signal Back ♥ 1 Very cool puzzle game. Clean and easy to understand. I loved the visuals and the extra detail with the story, very nice.
Apr 22 19:11:53 5m 30s Keep a stable connection ♥ 1 Excellent small game... it was not as simple as i expected but was a cool experience! Thanks for making it and congrats!
Apr 23 17:20:22 22h 08m Fading Signal ♥ 1 Oh, a very polished game. Very moody, beautiful art, nice narration and story. The map was really cool and it kept me playing till the end. And great motivational text in the end! Congrats, so good!
Apr 23 17:29:41 9m 19s oops, wrong alien ♥ 4 Really nice game! I love the card design very much - reminds me quite for traditional heritage art - I always wanted a game which has this kind of design, so nice to see it in action. I also greatly appreciate the ethical choices/dilemmas which will bring different endings. And the sounds are so nice done as well. Loved the long echo when the messages were sent. So cool!
Apr 23 17:35:52 6m 11s Pidgerton Agency ♥ 3 Really nice fun game - the mini games were really well on the theme. And the hand drawing give a super unique style to the game.
