Apr 8 09:01:22 Into The Mousehole ♥ 2 Really cool little game! I managed to get to just under 800m. Love the graphics and audio, pretty fun to balance going too fast and risking hitting a wall vs not going fast enough to break through blocks. Awesome work!
Apr 8 09:05:28 4m 06s Photo Pro Papparazzi ♥ 2 Really unique take on the theme based on the games I've seen so far, I hadn't even considered 'depth of field'! Gameplay was nice though I'd have liked some feedback to let me know I was succeeding vs failing (I was beginning to wonder if I was taking photos of someone just dressed like the target by accident.) Though I can see how that might break immersion and can understand why you didn't add it. Solid game entry, well done!
Apr 8 09:41:12 35m 44s Memories O'5 ♥ 3 Really cool atmosphere and mood, though unfortunately I didn't get very far because of the bugs. Managed to get to finding the white glowing key in the telephone room but couldn't seem to interact with it, was there something else I needed to pack away before I could pick it up? Really want to finish this game and see where the story goes, but for now all I can say is that I really liked the mood and atmosphere.
Apr 8 09:57:36 16m 24s SINKING ♥ 4 I had an embarrassing amount of times running past a key item before I got the win screen. I really liked it! Usually puzzle games can be pretty slow, but the rising water kept me trying to figure out the fastest way to do things with each run. Nicely done!
Apr 8 10:05:51 8m 15s The Imploder ♥ 3 Control scheme was really interesting, I didn't get far but I enjoyed what I got to see. Nice work!
Apr 8 10:14:54 9m 03s Miner ♥ 1 Like other people have commented I struggled to figure out the card mechanics at first, though once I got going it was pretty great! Didn't manage to get a successful run but I enjoyed what I played. Nicely done!
Apr 8 10:23:28 8m 34s Quackscape ♥ 2 Really great art and fun gameplay, I noticed that the life bar visuals only updates when you take your first hit in a run but that glitch didn't get in the way of the gameplay since it looks like it was still tracking the value correctly, just not displaying it. All in all a really great game.
Apr 8 16:46:17 6h 22m Gnomik ♥ 5 Loved how silly the animation and gameplay is, the opening cutscene was really well drawn too. Nice work!
Apr 8 16:49:59 3m 42s DOWN INTO THE DEPTHS ♥ 2 Really tense and creepy atmosphere, it's an interesting balance knowing when to use the fast fall or just climb down manually. Awesome stuff!
Apr 8 19:39:56 2h 49m Don't wake him up ♥ 1 Really solid game jam entry, I don't think I've ever seen a game quite like this (though I can see by the comments one existed before.) Really enjoyed trying to plan the order to do things in, especially considering the time limit and needing to clear paths for larger items.
Apr 8 19:51:31 11m 35s Shelter from the Blight ♥ 1 Really enjoyed what I played but I didn't get far - I just about managed to get to level 1 before the corruption started (I was on 99% dug vs 98% corruption) so my first try was a loss. Second try by the time I had built my first digger the corruption was already at 16%. I'd probably suggest reducing the speed, though I know a big part of the game is the time pressure to keep moving. Still, this was a really impressive game for the short amount of time, great use of the theme too!
Apr 8 20:07:49 16m 18s Payback Pit ♥ 1 Really cool game and one I've had bookmarked to play all day, glad I finally got around to it. Didn't manage to get to 2000 since I glitched myself into the bucket and got swarmed, which honestly feels pretty fitting given how I kept going back for more even when there were enemies around. Solid entry for the jam!
Apr 8 23:14:26 3h 06m Depth.exe ♥ 2 Loved the vibe of this game and had a great time with it, always cool to see a roguelite in a jam. Great work!
Apr 9 15:25:23 16h 10m Crust Busters ♥ 3 Really fun game, enjoyed the balance between avoiding obstacles and getting close enough to other racers to boost off of them, not to mention following tunnels left by others and then boosting off them after they cleared the way. Great work!
Apr 9 15:36:34 11m 11s A seance and a murder ♥ 1 Really love the core mechanic and the mystery. I couldn't solve it myself, but this was a really unique game from the ones I've played this jam. Great stuff!
Apr 9 15:42:09 5m 35s Chthonic Cacophony ♥ 1 Visuals are totally insane which the audio bolsters perfectly. Very impressive stuff, really cool mood and fun gameplay too!
Apr 9 17:46:15 2h 04m Descent Protocol ♥ 3 Had some trouble figuring out this game unfortunately, couldn't really figure out progression. I saw something blip on the scanner once but it had already gone past by the time I went for the stop button. Still, good design and ambiance, nice work!
Apr 9 22:19:45 4h 33m Cubethulhu ♥ 1 Really love the 2D gameplay in a 3D environment, it looked really cool! Great audio too, though I'd have to agree with previous feedback that the hitbox and framerate issues were a bit of a problem for a platformer with such tight spaces. Didn't manage to get Cubethulhu home in the end myself but I enjoyed what I played.
Apr 9 22:25:01 5m 16s Lost in the Depths ♥ 1 Didn't get super far in this game but I enjoyed what I got to play, really cool mechanic having your primary weapon also be your primary means of getting around other than the arrow keys. Cool idea!
Apr 9 22:34:58 9m 57s Sinking Hope ♥ 2 Very creepy atmosphere, I probably should have read the description because I didn't really know what I was meant to be doing so I kind of just went looking for the source of the beeping and thought the gameplay ended with the giant fish swimming at you. Nope, I was meant to be looking for parts. Whoops xD;
Apr 10 09:10:25 10h 35m Sinking of you ♥ 1 That was a really sweet game, enjoyed the puzzles and the storyline. Really cool way of telling the story of their relationship. I agree that it'd have been better with an end state after the final puzzle, but I still really liked the game. Nicely done!
Apr 10 09:37:32 27m 07s DORFS ♥ 1 Really enjoyed this game, especially as someone who lost a lot of hours to Gnorp Apologue. Really satisfying gameplay loop, great descriptions, graphics, background music. Awesome work!
Apr 10 13:23:53 3h 46m Abyssmall ♥ 2 Nicely done! Really solid gameplay loop, finding new treasures felt nice. The swimming felt a bit clunky but that encouraged me to focus on upgrading my swim speed as well as oxygen. Solid game, well done!
Apr 10 13:42:14 18m 21s Deepdiving ♥ 1 Really cool! I'm unfortunately pretty bad at these games so I didn't get past the tutorial (couldn't quite turn fast enough for the dash tutorial) but I enjoyed what I got to play. Controls felt good, nice graphics, solid idea and setting for the theme too.
Apr 10 14:17:36 35m 22s Depths of Hell ♥ 1 Cool game with good controls, I can't think of anything to add that people haven't said already, just wanted to say well done on this one. It came out great!
Apr 10 14:32:48 15m 12s Deep Blast ♥ 1 Ended up losing at level 9/10, but I really enjoyed it. Cool take on the block breaking genre. I agree with other commenters that you could definitely expand this into a full game, it's got a really great gameplay loop as it is. Nicely done, good luck in the jam!
Apr 10 19:58:27 5h 25m A Final Deed ♥ 2 Such a beautiful game, I found it challenging but not so much I couldn't play it. Really love the aesthetic especially. Awesome work!
Apr 11 18:58:13 22h 59m Going Down Protocol ♥ 4 So cool! Really creative puzzles, creepy as heck atmosphere and best of all, no jumpscares! Expertly done horror, well done! Hope you get far in the rankings because you deserve it!
Apr 14 23:25:13 76h 27m Granny's Gotcha ♥ 1 Really fun game with a great sense of humour, I couldn't finish it but I really enjoyed what I played for. As someone else said, there's definitely a bit of a difficulty spike at the candy cane level going onwards but I sort of appreciated getting a lot of easy wins early on since it felt like I was progressing through the game rather than getting stuck right after the tutorial level like I have in some other puzzle games.
Apr 23 12:45:54 205h 20m Fantascope Chasm ♥ 2 Haven't ever seen controls done like that before, it took a bit of getting used to for reasons other people have mentioned (aiming and moving at the same time.) I really liked the transition as you moved to a different level too, great use of the theme as well. Nicely done!
Apr 23 12:56:11 10m 17s Deep in the Folders ♥ 1 Really fun puzzle game and great use of the theme, and all the other themes too. Great stuff!
Apr 23 13:16:11 20m 00s Abyss Prison ♥ 1 Really cool point and click game with some fun puzzles. Like others I unfortunately got stuck with knowing how to use the QR Code information after scanning it, but I enjoyed what I played. Amazing that you made it for the gameboy too, really solid game jam entry!
Apr 24 15:16:17 26h 00m Airman57 ♥ 1 Afraid it's a little too hard for me and I couldn't get very far, but I thought the basic premise was well done. I found it pretty funny how the number went up each time while keeping the same message that they were "confident you will succeed", despite me crashing most of them very soon after the launch. Nicely done! Sorry I couldn't get very far.
Apr 24 23:27:43 8h 11m Deep concussion ♥ 1 Probably the scariest game I've played in a game jam (and made the mistake of playing at midnight, haha.) Unfortunately wasn't able to finish it though, got to the climbing section and nothing seemed to work. Great mood and atmosphere though, very tense and great use of audio.
