| Oct 4 04:58:07 | UnstableOS | ♥ 2 | Cool little game concept. I like the idea of it being about a ship's OS. I think if the game was slowed down slightly and with a few extra screens to manage it could be a lot of fun! Graphically really pleasing and I like the idea of juggling random errors etc., but it might have been slightly more clear what was going on with some simple audio queues. Keep up the good work! | |
| Oct 4 11:09:29 | 6h 11m | Reliable Reactors Co. | ♥ 1 | Had a lot of fun, great first entry. Similar feedback to above, it's slightly slow to ramp up. You'll find that when there are thousands of games to rate that people just want to jump straight into the action. The trick is finding the sweet spot between adding new mechanics quickly and not overdoing the learning curve. I'm sure you learned heaps and I look forward to seeing what you can do next time! Keep it up. :) |
| Oct 5 05:20:29 | 18h 11m | Split | ♥ 1 | Visually pleasing game. Great audio as well. Straight into the action which is always good for a LD game, however I felt that in this case it almost would have been better to slow things down a bit as there was a lot to learn all at once and I didn't feel that much in control as a result. Felt a little bit like button spamming in a fighting game that you don't know that well. I happen to like button spamming though! :D |
| Oct 6 12:05:19 | 30h 44m | Sanity Is Reality | ♥ 1 | Interesting little mindf**k of a game. I think I will hear that tune in my dreams tonight haha. What's your highscore? I had fun! :) Also just as an FYI, even when using 32x32 sprites like your game (and mine), you can use draw HUD instead of draw as well as setting Anti-aliasing to off in your fonts and get text that is much much more clear. <3 |
| Oct 6 23:44:43 | 11h 39m | Wizards Quest | ♥ 2 | Cool little game, I love the turn based combat. This has given my some inspiration to try a similar game. :) |
| Oct 6 23:48:36 | 3m 53s | Etherlands | ♥ 1 | Oh this game looks great but I am getting the same black screen bug. :( |
| Oct 7 00:03:39 | 15m 03s | The Invisible Hand | ♥ 1 | I like the idea, although I am not sure that it was complete or all functioning correctly. Am I right that the only impact I have on the game is clicking the virus? I even tried to deliberately lose by running out of money and it didn't end hehe. If I am missing something then let me know! Would love to play again. Would love you to check out my game if you have time! |
| Oct 7 00:31:31 | 27m 52s | Parcel Panic | ♥ 1 | I actually had a heap of fun playing this, but my god is it difficult haha. Great art, sound and style. Made me learn the layout of the little town which was actually kind of fun. Great stuff! Would love to get your opinion on my game if you're playing other games! |
| Oct 7 00:45:21 | 13m 50s | It's All In Your Head | ♥ 1 | This worm is just grovin' No need to bother it. 10/10 hahaha |
| Oct 7 01:49:16 | 1h 03m | Deep Space Defenders | ♥ 1 | Really enjoyed this one. Might be the game that I have played most so far! Got to wave 14, this is a difficult game haha. Maybe a couple of balance issues (not sure that the $200 is worth it at all), but overall a really polished jam game. Great work! P.S I loved the music so much, would love to see the sound effects turned down slightly to enjoy the tune even more. :) |
| Oct 7 02:25:37 | 36m 21s | Pile Up Medieval | ♥ 2 | This game is rediculous and stupid and I love it haha. Very different to what I expected, in a good way. |
| Oct 7 02:49:39 | 24m 02s | Astral Collapse | ♥ 1 | Super fun game that flows really well. Love the gravity from the star. Love the music. Love the variety of enemies. If I was to have any feedback it would maybe be that slow motion should have a limit, as I realised after a while that I was using it a LOT. Was much more fun once I made myself stop using it I think. Great game! Would love it if you could check out mine. :) |
| Oct 7 03:33:37 | 43m 58s | Alpha Decay | ♥ 2 | Loved the art style and idea. Sounds were good as well. Took me a moment to work out what was going on, but definitely seems like it could be a relaxing puzzle game that could be expanded on. Great work, team! |
| Oct 7 03:42:29 | 8m 52s | Larry's Whacky Alchemy Lab | ♥ 3 | Ok I love the art and I love the game idea. Great stuff! Very fun and gives me retro game feels. Having the different effects to your movement is cool and I can even imagine what an expanded version of the game would be like with visual effects, audio changes, etc. Great work. :) |
| Oct 7 04:03:57 | 21m 28s | Randomazer | ♥ 2 | Picture at the end made me laugh, thanks for that. Fun game idea for sure! I think it could have been even a bit more simple/fast paced, but it was still really enjoyable. A good LD entry. :) |
| Oct 7 04:20:40 | 16m 43s | 149th element | ♥ 0 | Awesome concept and love the pixel art. I agree that maybe a quest log or visual inventory could have helped, but it's definitely a cool little game. Glad I wasn't the only one to make a game that has a pixel art guy in a hazmat suit. haha, great work. :) |
| Oct 7 04:53:41 | 33m 01s | Infiniraft | ♥ 1 | Fun little retro style game! I like it a lot. I can imagine a whole little console of similar mini games. :) |
| Oct 7 05:00:39 | 6m 58s | Missed Spelling | ♥ 3 | I love the feel of the game, although I am pretty bad at it haha. Great music and sounds, especially with the slowmo. Great concept. keep it up! (check out my game if you have some spare time! <3 ) |
| Oct 7 09:53:43 | 4h 53m | Snmuloc | ♥ 1 | At first I was like 🥱 But then I was like 😮 Great twist on a classic genre. Love it! |
| Oct 7 10:19:14 | 25m 31s | The Un's Stable | ♥ 5 | This has got to be my fav game of the jam so far. Absolutely love it. Whoever did the 'singing' over the music is my spirit animal. I actually love everything about this hahaha. Thanks team! |
| Oct 7 13:22:37 | 3h 03m | Beam | ♥ 2 | Great game, played and enjoyed the whole thing. Well done! |
