| Oct 6 01:50:48 | Nine to Five | ♥ 2 | Played about 15 minutes and decided to give up. I second what @ytrewq said. If there was some kind of indication of progress or story arc it would be much better, but right now every time I have to sit through the "going to bed/waking up" animation I go do something else for a minute. | |
| Oct 6 01:52:29 | 1m 41s | I Reboot | ♥ 0 | Fun concept! I think responsiveness of the ship would help a lot and making the levels more spacious would also improve things. Overall pretty good! |
| Oct 6 01:53:42 | 1m 13s | Gelato HRMS | ♥ 1 | Page took almost a minute to load the login screen then timed out after that. :( |
| Oct 6 01:55:48 | 2m 06s | Last Minute | ♥ 2 | I kept running around trying to figure out how to do anything and couldn't. I got the table to pop up and grabbed the acid, but then couldn't do anything with it despite mashing space bar constantly. Whiteboard didn't give me anything and the fridge(?) I couldn't access because I didn't have the code. There wasn't anything else to interact with in the scene that I could find. |
| Oct 6 01:57:45 | 1m 57s | Short Circuit | ♥ 0 | Very nice polish, and while effectively the same mechanic as Braid it still had a good execution. My only complaint was how much time I had to spend waiting - each level just started becoming tedious. Might be a case of an interesting mechanic that just doesn't work as well in reality as it sounds like it would. |
| Oct 6 01:59:57 | 2m 12s | 3 Minutes | ♥ 3 | Very nice setup. My only complaint was how incredibly sensitive the camera is and there was some z-fighting with the screens. Other than that, excellent execution for a game jam! |
| Oct 6 02:02:14 | 2m 17s | Hands on Work | ♥ 2 | Nicely done! Great visuals and audio. It gets out of control a little too quickly for my taste, but judging these things in a Jam is really hard anyway. It doesn't do a whole lot, but what it does do it does well! |
| Oct 6 02:08:56 | 6m 42s | Rogue Pickup | ♥ 0 | Nice little game, although having a goal would have helped tremendously. Also, I occasionally started accelerating very quickly but I could never figure out what exactly caused it. |
| Oct 6 02:16:07 | 7m 11s | Danger Beat | ♥ 1 | Fantastic idea and execution. My only complaint is that keyboard controls just don't do it for a bullet hell game - you really need to use mouse input. |
| Oct 6 02:22:48 | 6m 41s | WhileLoops | ♥ 3 | I didn't do very well, but I did enjoy it. Very hectic and requires fast reading. Might help from the font being 1-2 points larger, just so that it's ever so slightly easier. |
| Oct 6 02:33:35 | 10m 47s | Legendary Orbit Golf | ♥ 1 | Interesting idea but rough execution. Having more control over picking your path would have made a huge difference, but as it is the lack of control makes getting a good shot mostly luck. Also, it's way too easy to reach escape velocity. I also encountered a couple bugs where planets would not be removed from the scene after hitting backspace to reset. |
| Oct 6 02:42:54 | 9m 19s | Feedback Loop | ♥ 3 | Nice idea, but the buttons on the windows were so incredibly small, and I couldn't make the game full-screen because I have an ultrawide and the game scales based on width rather than height, so most of the content was off-screen. Just making the size of the player in the browser larger would be enough to help with that though. |
| Oct 6 06:30:38 | 3h 47m | Break The Loop | ♥ 3 | Proof that an extremely simple idea done well can make even the busiest person waste 20 minutes. Good job. |
| Oct 6 06:37:44 | 7m 06s | Stuck In Paris | ♥ 2 | Not bad! I find the difficulty ramps up a bit too fast for me, but I'm also a pretty aggressive driver :P |
| Oct 7 08:35:53 | 25h 58m | Caterpillar Cowboy | ♥ 0 | Wonderful little game with fantastic execution! I especially enjoyed the Easter Egg-esque credits. Only bug I encountered was new segments of the tail could spawn inside of things and get me stuck, but there was always a way out of that. Great job! |
