Apr 20 16:30:29 The Unicorn and the need for coffee..! ♥ 2 Nice! I found three ways to end the game, so I claim my bonus point :)
Apr 20 16:39:49 9m 20s Rampage ♥ 2 A really nice game! Nice graphics and music, a well-working concept, and a good fit for the theme If there's one thing that would mnake it even better for me, it would be arrow key support. My fingers *still* haven't learnt to handle WASD easily...
Apr 20 17:04:15 24m 26s Silly Fluffy Bunny ♥ 1 Very nice overall. I struggled a bit until I understood that I have one stable line at a time (I first thought they all went away, which made it very nerve-wracking and too fast), but after that it was great. The sound and graphics woork very well, I like the switching between colourful while playing and black between levels a lot.
Apr 20 17:26:36 22m 21s Type IT! ♥ 1 Nod bad! You found a good stash of long words there :) I played 1.1, where the enter key is ignored, which helps. A possible improvement would be to have enter clear what you typed, so if you have a typo or if the word you were typing hit IT and is gone, you can get rid of it quickly. One minor issue: the textbox where you type didn't have the focus when I started. I play on linux using wine, so who knows, maybe that doesn't happen under windows?
Apr 21 19:12:42 25h 46m Raising the bar ♥ 2 Nice idea! A pretty relaxing game (unless you make the mistake of wanting a higher score...) helped by a fitting music choice. The graphics (and esbottles look just right for this. I did get the impression that sometimes those blenders got stuck when they were full (web build in firefox). It might be a good idea to have an option to not end after a set time.
Apr 21 19:39:00 26m 18s TankMan Phil ♥ 1 Very nice! I like the general colour scheme, the music, the calm but urgent voice...
Apr 23 19:01:55 47h 22m Keep it Alive, Keep them Alive ♥ 1 I enjoyed this one. At the end it got too fast for me though, my mouse coordination isn't as good as I'd like! I like the music and audio, and the minimalist graphics are perfect for this sort of game. Personally I'd like a bit more focus on thinking and less on speed, but that's a matter of what you want the game to be, not of what's "best".
Apr 23 19:14:13 12m 18s Don't Touch the Button ♥ 2 Very nicely done! I enjoyed the constant chatting of the fish. I really didn't expect a puzzle game to suddenly appear, but it was a nice surprise, I like puzzle games :)
Apr 23 19:54:57 40m 44s Feed the Machine ♥ 2 Nice concept! I didn't get very far, I keep getting lost and then suffocating :) The sound is nice, and I like the machine animation a lot! I'd have a much easier time if the dome was a bit smaller though.
Apr 23 20:18:42 23m 45s Green Dream ♥ 1 A very nice concept. Sounds and graphics are excellent! My plants keep dying though, for me it's a bit too hard.
May 2 15:37:28 211h 18m Tears of Coffee ♥ 0 I like the graphics and music, although the music does get repetitive after a while. It's a pity much of the actual gameplay is still missing. Also, it doesn't work for me on firefox. Luckily I have some other browsers installed for cases like this.
May 2 15:52:09 14m 41s Kaoamaru Kaiju ♥ 1 Graphics and audio are really nice, even though I didn't play any of the systems or games you were referring to :)
May 2 16:00:49 8m 40s Spring Tree ♥ 1 Very nice! Relaxing music, nice graphics, and dead trees :) I suspect other people can keep the tree alive, I haven't managed it for very long yet :)
May 3 17:11:54 25h 11m Amanita ♥ 1 Looks nice, but like some others I had to look at the video to see the full game. For me the "cover" of the mushroom didn't actually show, and it didn't accept trees, also, there were some big slowdowns whenever "it" said something. Could be bugs in the linux build I guess...
May 3 17:25:43 13m 49s Bomber Escort (or boomer escort) ♥ 0 Not bad! Sound didn't work for me on firefox on linux, but it did work on the chromium that I have installed as a fallback. I initially thought it felt as bit sluggish, but I think I agree that making turning faster might change the game too much. There could be some more polish, but 48 hours isn't a lot, so well done!
May 3 17:30:58 5m 15s Mind Defender ♥ 1 Nicely done! The graphics look great, the music fits, and the gameplay works, so that's all the basics covered :) More levels would be good, or just more waves of nonsense, but game jams are short...
May 3 18:56:09 1h 25m Free Munchers ♥ 0 Nicely done! I'm so happy I'm too old to be in the target audience, I make many more mistakes by overshooting the square I want or running into one of the bad guys than by not getting my sums right :)
May 4 18:33:14 23h 37m Virtual Pet: No escape from Life ♥ 0 I am clearly not meant to keep a pet :) The graphics may not be the very best around, but they're consistent and I like them. The sound and music are pretty nice too. Well done all round!
May 4 18:55:28 22m 14s Square Loves Circle! ♥ 1 Very well done! Music is excellent, graphics and sound effects are very nice, and the level design is clever. There also seem to be a lot more levels than in many LD games. It was a bit difficult for me, jumps are a bit tricky, so I didn't manage to get to the end, but I did get five or six levels in
May 10 17:10:11 142h 14m Forests of Xahil ♥ 0 Not bad, but it did get a bit tedious after a while. Especially having to slowly aim again every time when shooting gets old fast. Graphics and audio are good. I would have appreciated the game not letting me shoot myself. Regarding the theme, I'm not convinced "keep it alive" and "stay alive" are interchangeable @eldar there is music and audio in the game, at least in the web version I played today. I see no mention of post-LD changes so I assume that's still the same.
