| Apr 30 13:41:00 | Extruder | Can't rate audio, because I don't have speakers on this machine. But overall it was fun to play. I appreciated the ease of restarting a level, and found it quite handy. Different and enjoyable | |
| Apr 30 13:52:00 | 11m 00s | Illuminion | Overall, beautiful. The "dissolving?" takes too long when you make mistakes, but the movement is nice. Concept is fun, but right away I was avoiding all light, not just specific colors. I will play again however, so kudos. |
| Apr 30 13:55:00 | 3m 00s | Pota-do | Can't rate audio (no speakers) Overall, the graphics are nice, but I felt the game play too simplistic, and found the game resetting often. Funny though, and the characters are fun. |
| Apr 30 14:00:00 | 5m 00s | Leak Tracks | Can't rate audio (no speakers) A maze in the dark huh? You'd think it'd be impossible, but the way that things are revealed and disappear works very well. Mood is solid exploration is fun, even when I keep running into things. Overall, really good execution! |
| Apr 30 14:05:00 | 5m 00s | Light the way | Can't rate audio, sorry (no speakers) Graphics remind me of the old Atari games, ahh nostalgia. Controls are solid once you know what's expected, checkpoints are well integrated and feel natural. Difficulty ramps nicely without being too difficult too soon. Very solid entry, lots of fun! |
| Apr 30 14:11:00 | 6m 00s | Minianimalism! | Somehow everything got blurry, and I couldn't figure out how to correct that, but until then I was having a blast. Very funny concept and theme. Execution of the levels was simpler than I hoped, but I still had fun. Good entry! |
| Apr 30 14:30:00 | 19m 00s | Captain Blowhole | No speakers so I can't rate audio (sorry) but overall a blast (pun intended) Graphics are nice, game play is fun. Weapons are varied, but each is fun in it's own way (preferred the big gun) Nice entry! |
| Apr 30 14:35:00 | 5m 00s | Union | Graphics are good, but the black on white at that speed made me have to squint. Couldn't rate audio (no speakers) Overall though, I liked the idea, too bad there was only the level. Story idea is fun, I imagined "The life of a Tetris piece" pre-Tetris. Nice game, I want more. |
| Apr 30 14:42:00 | 7m 00s | hru | Overall fun, the controlls seemed a bit stiff, but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. Liked the colors and physical interactions. The levels progressed nicely and didn't get too hard too quickly. (No speakers so no audio rating, sorry) Nice entry, much fun! |
| Apr 30 14:50:00 | 8m 00s | Chez Angelo | Nice graphics, story is intriguing. Would love to see more. |
| Apr 30 14:55:00 | 5m 00s | Vs. | Can't rate audio (no speakers sorry) But overall lots of fun! Love to see the progression from abstract to reality. Got pretty challenging too. Nice entry! |
| Apr 30 15:08:00 | 13m 00s | Mondrian Madness | The idea is fun, I couldn't seem to get the actual play consistent though. Controls worked well, but it was difficult to catch my initial prey easily. Good start, keep at it! |
| Apr 30 15:14:00 | 6m 00s | Newborn | While beautiful, it's hard to understand what my objectives are. I only saw the first room, and after that it was falling from platform to platform. I really liked the look of everything. The controls were straightforward and solid. I'll have to play more to see if I missed anything. |
| Apr 30 15:29:00 | 15m 00s | Null Wars | Nice proof of concept. Would like to see more. Didn't get to play against anyone, but overall, good entry! |
| Apr 30 15:33:00 | 4m 00s | BloxMin - by Lody - Ludum Dare 26 | Liked the hidden info. The helper wasn't obvious at first, but once I found him, it was nice. Good use of the concept. Liked the exploration factor. Nice entry! |
| Apr 30 15:43:00 | 10m 00s | Expander | Nice execution, difficulty ramps comfortably. I wasn't sure how the concept of fitting to frame affected overall score. Overall fun. Thanks! |
| Apr 30 15:48:00 | 5m 00s | ITTEN | Wish I had speakers.... overall beautiful though. Interesting jump mechanic, I liked how it made you patient with the game, low stress is good. Nice entry! |
| Apr 30 16:09:00 | 21m 00s | Gimme back my keys | Loved this one, I'm keeping it up here so I can go back to it. Wish I had speakers on this machine, but everything else was very well executed. Kudos! |
| Apr 30 16:29:00 | 20m 00s | Treasure! | T'was fun to play, liked the monotone color scheme. Solid entry. |
| Apr 30 17:04:00 | 35m 00s | The Lamp | Much fun. At times i felt like I didn't want to turn off the lights, too scared. :) Overall fun game though. Good work! |
| Apr 30 17:06:00 | 2m 00s | Equilibria | Neat idea. After a few minutes I thought the enemies had stopped spawning, but it turned out I just had to hunt down the last one in a corner somewhere.

I like the music! |
| Apr 30 17:12:00 | 6m 00s | Invasion | Very polished visuals, I like 'em. The controls were cool and interesting, but kinda hard to get the hang of, being used to typical WASD movement. The little strafe dodge thing was awesome though. |
| Apr 30 17:22:00 | 10m 00s | Quick Copy | Super awesome! Painstakingly reproducing a difficult work and getting rewarded really well for it is a great feeling. I definitely like how the rewards are heavily weighted towards very close reproductions - makes it really seem worth it to work slowly and carefully instead of just churning through sloppy work to make money. |
| Apr 30 17:37:00 | 15m 00s | Atmo | Nice mood going here - the music fits well, and I like the level fade in animations. |
| Apr 30 17:45:00 | 8m 00s | theseus.f | Probably the most polished and beautiful of its kind that I've seen. Straight up maze, no real extra features, but it's done right. The chainsaw ending made me laugh. |
| Apr 30 17:52:00 | 7m 00s | Meteoranger | I like the art style. The sound effects are bordering on annoying, but much better than silence. I think I did more damage to the defences myself than any meteors did - at least in the early stages it seems more effective to just act as a mobile shield. Fun though! |
| Apr 30 17:56:00 | 4m 00s | Shoot (AAA_FPS_GOTY) | Nice use of simple graphics, fun game. Amazing what you can do in such a short time. |
| Apr 30 21:18:00 | 3h 22m | Flee: The Daily Adventures of a Springtail | Challenging for sure. Good entry! |
| Apr 30 21:37:00 | 19m 00s | Hubu Handler | The scratching/petting thing wasn't so clear - I ended up discovering it by accident. I haven't really played any Tamagotchi-style games before, though, so maybe it's a fixture of the genre.

Anyway, the art and animations are awesome, and bleed character. The sound is awesome too. Nicely done! |
| Apr 30 21:51:00 | 14m 00s | Ordinal | Pretty fun - I like the concept. The interface was very clunky, which kept me from playing farther, but I enjoyed it. |
| Apr 30 22:31:00 | 40m 00s | A Puzzling Composition | Very nice. Nothing groundbreaking here, but everything feels polished, intentional and well thought out. A super solid entry. |
| Apr 30 22:43:00 | 12m 00s | Orb | On the one hand, I didn't really ever want to play a Breakout clone ever again. On the other hand, this is one of the most beautiful entries I've seen in this competition so far.

I'd say that's a fairly net positive. =) |
| May 1 14:09:00 | 15h 26m | Six Steps | Neat idea, and enjoyable! It wasn't clear to me that Enter restarted the level, so I quit to the menu the first time I reached zero and checked the controls. Everything else was made clear by playing the game though. |
| May 1 14:15:00 | 6m 00s | NoBility | Definitely would like to see where the game was going after the last stage - you did a good job setting up the mechanic, and I wanted to try it out!

What was here, however, had some nice polish (I like the dust you kick up especially). |
| May 1 16:29:00 | 2h 14m | Deja vu | Very cool. I didn't understand how to restructure the cubes at first, but once I figured out that concept it all clicked. It's an extremely interesting mechanic! |
| May 1 16:42:00 | 13m 00s | A Game of Numbers | Extremely cool. I think this is just about the right number of levels to get a solid feel for the game, and show what can be done with the mechanic. I would have *loved* to play more, but given the time constraints, and how hard good level design is to crank out quickly, what you've got is awesome. Nicely done! |
| May 1 16:51:00 | 9m 00s | They Don't Stop Coming | Awesome. I didn't *quite* get the pathfinding through my head, so I routinely discovered a way through by accident, but that didn't keep it from being fun. The ghost trail when things move is super simple, but oh-so-attractive. Really pulls the whole look and feel together. |
| May 1 16:55:00 | 4m 00s | M-G | Fun mechanic. I kinda feel like I would have prefered to click+hold to move the ball around. It seems with the single click, you have to do a LOT of clicking to maintain constant control. Still, this was very fun to play. |
| May 1 16:59:00 | 4m 00s | ...---... (sos) | Awesome atmosphere going here. I'm not sure about the sudden dive into cornball humor in some of the endings, but for what little gameplay there actually is here, it's very engaging.

And I've always wanted to learn Morse. ;) |
| May 1 23:17:00 | 6h 18m | Fisherdude | Hah! That's awesome. I don't think I've ever seen a fishing game where you pull the fish around like that. =)

Also: the music totally sold it. |
| May 1 23:30:00 | 13m 00s | Towers of Rage | Took me a couple minutes scanning the screen wondering where the gunfire was coming from to realize it was the footstep sound effect. ;)

Other than that, an excellent entry, lots of fun, and an awesome art style. |
| May 1 23:38:00 | 8m 00s | Minimal Blocks! | Looks like I'm mostly repeating things that have been said before, but my main gripe was just that the player didn't move with the moving platforms. Other than that, this was pretty fun, and the music was pretty cool. |
| May 1 23:52:00 | 14m 00s | Bipolar | Very cool - I'm impressed with what you managed to put together here in 72 hours. The Portal influences are clear, but this feels fresh and new. Nice work! |
| May 2 00:05:00 | 13m 00s | Tower of Pixel | Neat! Progression was a little slow for my taste due to the small "inventory" size, but I really like the game. There's definitely a strong drive to keep on climbing. |
| May 2 00:29:00 | 24m 00s | h o m e | Pretty cool! I'm a big fan of sliding puzzles like this, so this ticks the right boxes for me. The audio cues really helped teach the puzzle the first time through. |
| May 2 00:37:00 | 8m 00s | LDRU | I was expecting just a little platformer, and then things got crazy! It's like a stick figure version of Mario Galaxy. ;) Fun little piece. |
| May 2 01:05:00 | 28m 00s | Buggers! | I love the Atari feel you've got going here. My only frustration was not being able to drop the food I was carrying so I could dust a few bugs. Other than that, very fun. =) |
| May 2 01:23:00 | 18m 00s | Spheres | Cool concept. I noticed sometimes balls can get caught on corners, resulting in an annoying "b-b-b-b-b-b-b-ring!" Overall though, this is a lot of fun - would like to see more!

Reminds me a lot of Electroplankton - were you influenced by that game? |
| May 2 01:32:00 | 9m 00s | Too Much Loot! | I love the concept, and it fits the theme well. Nicely done! |
| May 2 01:39:00 | 7m 00s | Tower | I agree with john_conder9 - the art and animations here were SO awesome and polished, it was tough to accept that there was no sound to go with it. I'll live with silence though to get fantastic visuals like this. =)

Solid platformer, nothing new there, but you nailed it. |
| May 2 01:47:00 | 8m 00s | I Dream In Color | Very creative. I think you win the award for most bizarre entry I've seen so far. ;) |
| May 2 01:50:00 | 3m 00s | Planes | I've never seen anyone do this before, and now I'm wondering why. It's genius! |
| May 2 01:55:00 | 5m 00s | FvOOM | Wow this is incredible. And also totally sets off my motion sickness. And also I can't stop playing. xD |
| May 2 02:03:00 | 8m 00s | xro48 | Beautiful and mesmerizing. Reminds me of 2001: A Space Odyssey - high praise, in my opinion. |
| May 2 02:12:00 | 9m 00s | Nod | Awesome. After a couple times through, here I am thinking I'm SO smart, just nodding like a madman...the "no" question is a nice touch. =) |
| May 2 02:42:00 | 30m 00s | MONO | Beautiful. It was the music that sold it. Very relaxing atmosphere, and the gameplay wasn't bad either. |
| May 2 02:48:00 | 6m 00s | Nothing | I like the music and the art. It's very hard, as others have said - I would have been more okay with that if the intro screen weren't so long (or didn't come back after every death). Still, it was fun. |
| May 2 02:53:00 | 5m 00s | Minimala Jones & The Raiders Of The Lost Art | Neat perspective and visuals - the controls and movement were very wonky, but not enough to break the game. |
| May 2 03:03:00 | 10m 00s | OIA | Huh, crazy. At first the game seemed SUPER complicated, as I was overwhelmed by all of the icons on the screen with no text. Then I discovered the help button, and all was well. ;)

Pretty fun little puzzler! The music got kinda annoying, but it's cool that it's dynamic. |
| May 2 13:52:00 | 10h 49m | Maxwell Rush | Never seen anything like it before. It's very fun. I didn't catch initially that space controls the forcefield - that made it a lot easier! Still a good difficulty though, I think. |
| May 2 14:06:00 | 14m 00s | Fight Kub | Pretty fun! Having tons of nicely varied levels adds a lot. I especially like the use of the Wilhelm scream. ;) I'll have to try this with a friend at some point. |
| May 2 21:45:00 | 7h 39m | WORDHUNTER | I really really like the concept.

I definitely think your dictionary is way too small. It missed a lot of the words I threw at it. I'd recommend checking out http://wordlist.sourceforge.net/ or http://www.scrabbleplayers.org/w/Long_List if you're looking for word lists in the future, those both seem to be useful resources.

All that aside, though, this was a lot of fun, and very creative! |
| May 2 21:48:00 | 3m 00s | Schokoffel | Hah! Awesome. And now I want a chocolate bar. =( |
| May 2 21:58:00 | 10m 00s | Kriok | Very cool puzzle. Early on I thought moving multiple pieces at the same time was a bug, but then it became a necessity. Was not expecting that! |
| May 2 22:07:00 | 9m 00s | Picture Frame | Very cool. I felt this had a very good difficulty curve - it was enough to keep me feeling like I was improving, but without making me frustrated. |
| May 2 22:13:00 | 6m 00s | ALPHBT | Interesting. I would have liked to see more, but what you have here was very solid. My only gripe was how much backspacing I had to do on the "Powerful Sunlight" level (the stairs one). Love the sounds! xD |
| May 6 23:40:00 | 97h 27m | Nothing is Impossible | This is SO hard. But that's the point then, isn't it? |
| May 6 23:45:00 | 5m 00s | Allied | Very very hard, but fun. It would have been nice to have a brief pause in between levels to shop, even though the shop screen pauses the game. |
| May 6 23:49:00 | 4m 00s | Pete Hated Circles | I'm not usually a fan of Qix spinoffs, but this was well executed, and worked well with the (very popular, it seems) Mondrian theme. The mouse controls work really well for this, too, I think. |
| May 6 23:56:00 | 7m 00s | Neonisation | Very clever. I like the clicks system. It encourages playing through the game, as you can just take a sub-par score and continue, or be obsessive and hunt for the most efficient solution. Nicely done! |
| May 6 23:59:00 | 3m 00s | 'moeba | Huh, very cool. The physics on the snake thing make it very interesting, and add a lot. Well done! My only complaint is the sound effects were a bit jarring. |
| May 7 00:04:00 | 5m 00s | Stijl | Neat little premise. I absolutely love the animations on the little ball thing you control, especially the jumping! I don't think the time spent on music was ill used, it fits well and lends a lot to the mood. |
| May 7 00:13:00 | 9m 00s | [ ] | Maybe a little on the easy side, but fun. I love the background, and the parentheses shield! xD |
| May 7 00:23:00 | 10m 00s | Less is More? | Very cool. Good difficulty curve, and very creative. |
| May 7 00:45:00 | 22m 00s | simpLify | Spectacular. I wish there was a bit more gameplay here, but the music was awesome, and I like the concept. |
| May 7 00:48:00 | 3m 00s | Feint Signal | Great art and music - motion sickness kicked in overtime with all the spinning and pulsing, but it was fun while it lasted. =) |
| May 7 00:51:00 | 3m 00s | Abyss | Fun, if a little repetitive. Inspired by AaAaAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity? |
| May 7 00:58:00 | 7m 00s | Rock Paper RPG | Love the idea. It gets old kinda fast, but that's the nature of the beast. Very clever, and nice presentation. |
| May 7 01:27:00 | 29m 00s | Maximalism | I didn't read the description first, or really look at the screens, so I was very pleasantly surprised when the game started to pick up in complexity. Very fun, and really impressive! |
| May 7 01:30:00 | 3m 00s | Ten Levels | Hah! Awesome. The presentation was flawless - I kinda wish I could start on the last level I played, 'cause I'm really bad at this and can't get past the first couple levels, but it's very fun. |
| May 7 01:32:00 | 2m 00s | Paddlewhite | Getting invalid data file. =( |
| May 7 01:34:00 | 2m 00s | Octopia | Love the art! |
| May 7 01:39:00 | 5m 00s | Z Jumper | Cool lighting effects, and a pretty solid platformer! |
| May 7 01:53:00 | 14m 00s | Miasma | Very confusing, but I think I started to get the hang of it. This game is so insanely atmospheric, though. Phenomenal. It was very hard to see, which got in the way a little bit, but also cranked the mood up to 11. |
| May 7 01:58:00 | 5m 00s | RedShot | Not a bad little shooter. Kinda got frustrating that the enemies kept spawning behind me. The pull back of the "menu" room to the battleground area is really cool. =) |
| May 7 02:10:00 | 12m 00s | TNAFT | Huh, that's pretty cool! Seems there really *is* no accounting for taste. ;) |
| May 7 02:28:00 | 18m 00s | Unfurl | This is a beautiful game, and a very clever puzzle. There's a deceptive amount of depth behind the simple premise! |
| May 7 02:37:00 | 9m 00s | The Side Factor | Very cool set of rules, and the game is extremely polished. I don't have anyone to play with right this moment, but I'm already extremely impressed just playing around with the mechanics alone. Looking forward to pulling in friend to try this for real! |
| May 7 18:22:00 | 15h 45m | Euler, Inc. | Neat concept! I, like many others, am having a hard time progressing very far due to the difficulty, but I really like what you have here. |
| May 7 18:31:00 | 9m 00s | Pixemalism | An interesting twist on the Sokoban genre. I like it! |
| May 7 18:36:00 | 5m 00s | please survive | Very interesting. I love the look, and especially the animation of new enemies appearing. |
| May 7 18:42:00 | 6m 00s | Lethal Blow | Love the art, and very nice music. The gameplay felt a bit light, but I enjoyed it. =) |
| May 7 18:50:00 | 8m 00s | Zip | Very cool. The only thing I'd add would be a touch of sound and music - with a game this polished and complete, the silence is more jarring. That's a minor quibble though; the difficulty was spot on, and you managed enough content to really show off the idea - hard to do in 48 hours! Nicely done! |
| May 7 18:53:00 | 3m 00s | Ego Tripper | Hah! I love the idea. I agree, when playing for real, you don't get the experience of the taunts, but the game is fun without. The art and sound/music fit really well. Nicely done! |
| May 7 19:00:00 | 7m 00s | YLBIN | I don't think I've ever seen anyone do this before. Very clever! |
| May 7 19:17:00 | 17m 00s | Bayou | Beautiful and immersive! I love the washed out, pencil drawn visuals. |
| May 7 19:32:00 | 15m 00s | Eternal Journey | Cool art style, and a pretty well executed concept. I'm not sure what's the use of buying skills though? They seem to all do the same damage. |
| May 7 19:36:00 | 4m 00s | Rainbow Rocket | Love the graphics, and the game is pretty fun. The music was crazy. xD |
| May 7 19:47:00 | 11m 00s | Rapid Tunnel Future | Super fun, solid entry, and about as minimal as you can possibly get. Very nice. |
| May 7 19:51:00 | 4m 00s | Battery | This is so terribly clever. The effects as the Gameboy runs out of battery, and the tilt as you move left and right, totally sell it! Extremely well done. |
| May 7 19:54:00 | 3m 00s | Def | I definitely like the "pheromone" movements, it adds a nice emergent layer to the game. It's pretty simple tower defence past that, but a well polished and fun take. =) |
| May 7 19:59:00 | 5m 00s | Lost In Fancy | This is a very fun, very quirky take on what effectively boils down to "defend this thing." There wasn't much to the gameplay, but I didn't much mind because I wanted to see all of the crazy stuff that would happen. xD |
| May 7 20:05:00 | 6m 00s | Super 1-Bit Space Arena | Very nice! Took me a little while to understand why things weren't dying very easily, and I didn't have a health bar. I so very much prefer the way the game works to the way I initially thought it worked. =) Awesome presentation, and super fun. |
| May 7 20:10:00 | 5m 00s | Metahotel | Very clean presentation, and I loved the sounds and music. I do wish I could somehow direct the "guests", as they would often hang around in corners and make me wait forever on them. Other than that, very cool. |
| May 7 20:23:00 | 13m 00s | Four Scepters | This is so very very cool. Everything is super polished, and all of the graphics and sound are totally spot on. I love it! |
| May 7 20:33:00 | 10m 00s | soundscape | Super cool concept, and masterfully executed. Closing my eyes regularly helped a lot. I thought this would be LOT harder, and tons more frustrating, but after starting to get the hang of it, the stereo nature of the heartbeat really helped me get my bearings. The map at the end is spectacular, and really makes it all worth it! What would really be fun with this is to have another screen (hidden from the player) show others in the room where the player is, so they can watch as you stumble around blindly. =) |
| May 7 20:38:00 | 5m 00s | IMBARINTH | A very pretty game. I got a bit frustrated by the random nature of the maze shifts, but the music was great, and I had fun. |
| May 7 20:55:00 | 17m 00s | stairs | Fun little mechanic - it's like jump rope, but with stairs! xD |
| May 8 02:17:00 | 5h 22m | Daft Pong | There are so many things that are incredible about this game, I don't even know where to start. I laughed, I cried...10/10, have all of the prizes. |
| May 14 21:12:00 | 162h 55m | Root Route! | Awesome art and animation. The sound and music is spot on, and the pan up to see the flower bloom totally sells the whole package. Love it! |
| May 14 21:19:00 | 7m 00s | Tessitron | This is so very very cool. It ended up feeling more Typing of the Dead than Guitar Hero to me, since there's no requirement of precise timing like in a rhythm game. Super fun, and a nice length and difficulty. Nicely done! |
| May 14 21:41:00 | 22m 00s | A Simple Circle | Fun little physics game. I got a little annoyed with the arbitrary distance within which I could place things, but that's a minor quibble. I had a lot of fun. =) |
| May 14 21:50:00 | 9m 00s | Y.A.H.G (G for Game) | I'm not sure I really understood every puzzle (solved a few accidentally), but as far as I did understand, I really enjoyed it. =) |
| May 14 21:54:00 | 4m 00s | Cruxton | I am very very bad at this game. xD It's a fairly generic scrolling shooter, but it's enjoyable, and I like the 3d perspective you've got going here. |
