It's amazing how many features you were able to cram into this on top of just the technical feat of making the mmo. The different weapon types and combat formulae show a lot of potential. I've been waiting for a permadeath MMO for a long time, too.

Awesome lighting. Not sure what the colour differences were in the enemies. I suspect the answer is none, but if that's so, I think I'd rather them just be the same colour. I wasted a good bit of time looking for behavioural differences.

Nice work on the animations and character rigging. Looks good! Not sure what the aesthetic is relative to the title or theme, but I like the look.

Attack range or other combat-related options would be a nice mod option to have (maybe those came later). Motility limiting choices seemed to be either unnecessary (shortened jump height can be overcome by walljumping) or suicidal (being caught on stairs and being slow is fatal).

The dungeon crawling elements are definitely there, and they aren't too far from being well-balanced, as is. The changes in art over time were a great touch, and the humour was classic MSS.

I might consider an alternative to the minimap, though. Once I got used to using it, it was all I looked at. Maybe have the compass show the direction to the exit?

Good time! The art and effects were top-notch. I noticed some issues with z-ordering of coins and had a lot of trouble getting arrows to register. I've played DDR for years, so maybe I'm making the wrong assumptions about how to play that section.

Good idea, but I'm not totally sure I see how it fits the theme.

Much enjoyed! Fantastic art and sound, and you've told a good story. Great as the production values in the menu were, though, I think a little more time fleshing out and extending the gameplay would have been good.

Zerg Blue Whales! It was so frustrating actually getting blue whales and seeing their health drops float outside the horizontal edges of the screen.

A slightly slower difficulty curve would have been good, I think. Also, is there only shoot right / shoot left? Controls screen would have been nice.
