This is a really cool game jam idea, might need to change it up if I was going to play for longer though, or make the person at the bottom run faster :)
Great work, I love games like this, big fan of Master of Orion :) (P.S. your itch.io link seems broken?)
Yes, really nice work, I liked this. Controls a bit floaty, but really great for a game jam.
Cool game, runs well. Needs a few enemies to shoot at!
The embedded version at the top doesn't play for me, just gives a 404!
This is a super interesting puzzle game, it kept me playing.
This is cool, I like it. It was hard and I couldn't get off like level 3, but it still cool and looks good :)
Looks great, didn't understand the game though, just seems to be a lot of text to click through.
Cool game, love it. I got to 1033/1100 before running out of buildings to place. I would definitely play a bigger version of this.
I like it, the is cool. I think the dark green guys need a red gun, which confused me as I thought it was colour matching?
I like the idea that you have, but I couldn't work out how to find the place. If it was faster to move the ship I would have tried to guess a bunch of places.
I like the art work and the general vibe is great. I really struggled to get anywhere though. I saw the code on the sticky and was trying to press the buttons the right way but I had such a low success rate. I'm not very good at music games though so it's probably me.
Love the pixel art style. I wasn't sure how to tell which are the bad planets, although I guess that's the point :)
The path always goes in a straight line and will only turn if it is forced to, no piece rotation for this, adding rotation and limiting the range of pieces would probably make the game easier but I ran out of time to do more balancing :)
It is possible to complete all 3 levels and there is an ending, I promise!
Cool game, you really nailed the theme :) The itch.io link works better than the web version embedded here, the ldjam version doesn't seem to capture the arrow keys properly and moves the page up and down.
I thought the controls would be annoying but they actually work quite well. It would be nice to restart from nearer where you died as it can take a long time to get somewhere. Great work!
Game wouldn't load for me, maybe try itch? I did leave it a long time.
I like the idea. I'd add a "how long to the next expansion" timer or something, It took a while on the first game and I nearly left early.
