LD55 — Summoning

Imp Unsummoning by riv-roy 2024-04-17T02:05:08Z

I enjoyed this, though I am not sure if I understood the modifiers right? When I added the modifiers, the left one worked to help pierce through multiple enemies, but the right one seemed to do nothing? The audio was good as well!

Thalatta's Grand Heist by Silas Reinagel 2024-04-16T02:39:35Z

The gameplay itself was fun and the mechanics weren't difficult to use, but the change between 2D art that seemed to be AI generated to 3D top down was a jarring transition

Hellpet by Rayne 2024-04-16T02:58:47Z

The pet himself was very cute, though I found myself struggling to figure out how to get him to fight the enemies. I would die before I could get a couple of combos out to try to see if I could tell him what to do. Not sure if I just didn't understand what I needed to do but still loved the animations and the design of the enemies, the pet and the summoner!

Cult of the Cook by Don Fouts 2024-04-16T02:22:36Z

Loved the graphics of the game! It was my favorite part. Needed some background music to really tie all the aspects of the game together. Also, loved having to summon using the arrow keys, really made it seem like casting a spell. Only con I really saw was the mechanics sometimes got me stuck in a corner when trying to grab food and then sometimes I couldn't grab food at all. Had to restart the game at one point to continue playing. Overall, a very fun and interesting game!

Alchemess by SlickRamen 2024-04-17T02:13:31Z

Visually loved the animations and designs! Loved the mix of summoning imps and creating potions to change the imps abilities. Also, the audio was done well! Overall, very much enjoyed this! The only thing I was confused about was one of the levels collision in the small hallway made it extremely difficult to get past and when I got the purple rock to move, the fire was still on cause I couldn't ricochet the imp to the lever.

Summon Deeds Done Dirt Cheap by Roman Dubrovin 2024-04-16T03:16:34Z

This was so fun and it made me laugh the entire time! I definitely found some of the mechanics a little rigid and the manager was T posing the entire time, though it totally fit the vibe of the game. The dialogue was also so funny! Would play again haha

Imagining Dragons by Falk Hoeppner 2024-04-16T03:08:51Z

Thought this was very cute and fun! Enjoyed the bullet hell and endless runner gameplay, though was a little jarred by the inconsistency of the art style.

Dance Dance Summoner by Deoxx 2024-04-16T02:46:07Z

Was very fun! I am not good at memorizing the combos so felt a little overwhelmed how fast the enemies kept appearing and the symbols above their head were hard to see sometimes. Wish they were either a different color or somehow more obvious so I didn't feel like I both couldn't put in combos fast enough and couldn't figure out what elements I needed to send out. But overall, felt like vibes of Pizza Tower and was fun to play!

LD59 — Signal

Dragonia Siege by Euler Moises 2026-04-21T01:18:01Z

I love that the game has multiple endings. At first not understanding what I was doing, I immediately went up the steps to the lighthouse and everyone died. The second time, I did find what is probably the easiest jewel and got the 1 jewel ending. I couldn't quite figure out what else I was supposed to do for other jewels. I got a shovel and there was one house that mentioned digging, but I couldn't quite figure out where exactly I was supposed to use the shovel or how. Overall, love the vibe and funny dialogue. Felt very smooth for movement and reminiscent of old pixel games. When I have more time, I could see myself going back to get the other endings

TranscendAnts by JudJudson 2026-04-21T02:25:40Z

Ants :)

I struggled a bit with a text based game with so many grammar errors. Writing was ok, but I noticed a lot of lack of spaces between words and some sentences were a little difficult to read. Overall, it seems like a good attempt at text based, but could use some editing and fixing with grammar and sentence structure

Connection Lost by CoTiJeLucie 2026-04-21T01:29:16Z

At first, I was a little confused by how it worked, but upon sending the packets for the first time, I understood a little more about the limit that was being talked about. Overall, I found it satisfying to play, visually cohesive, and it definitely hit the theme.

Why, Fye!? by PokeyDem 2026-04-21T01:08:54Z

Overall, it was fun, but I was already stuck on level 2 and reset like 5 times. I couldn't quite figure out what I needed to do and the perspective made it hard for me to feel like I understood how to place things on the level. I also struggled a bit since I kept placing the radars when I didn't want to and kept having to reset the entire level.

I do love the graphics as they have a very overall cohesive feel. The theme is definitely on point as well. I think that the puzzles would be fun and interesting if I didn't have the issues I had mentioned previously. I would play this game easily outside of a game jam if it was a little more smooth feeling with mechanics and gameplay.

Air Signal by MicleFirst 2026-04-21T02:42:30Z

One of the best graphics I have seen in a game jam. Loved this so much!
