Sausage Gobbler by Entity2D 2013-08-27T01:46:00
Like pretty much everyone here, I thought the goal was to eat all the sausages. Got THIS close to the giant sausage, but that damned bee every time!

Very good game concept, and looking good too! Would have been nice if the difficulty scaled a bit so you don't get overwhelmed early on. Had some fun with it :)
2023 points! And still 23 timeflexes left. ;)
So every time you time flex, the game gets added to a list for you to come back for? And when you pick up clocks you get more time, interesting.
It is much easier to get points in the fireball games btw. I had a lot of fun with it still.
The easiest strategy is actually to just dodge everything and not fire a single bullet, they will kill themselves anyway. :p
Still an enjoyable little game, had some fun playing with it .
Enjoyed playing this game for a while, the physics are fun to play around with! I noticed there were a few levels which were basically the same situation mirrored twice, you should watch out with that, doesn't add much to the level.
At one point in the game, 2 of my characters started one-hitting bosses with 5000-10000 dmg hits. :p
To be honest, why would you ever want to change characters if they level up? You just stick to your first characters anyway. That makes for 20 seconds of waiting with nothing to do. Otherwise it's fun to watch the monsters get wiped out.
Good concept, could use some fleshing out!
Got a score of 341. What I don't get is that I'm firing left most of the time, or down-left. Aiming is really off! A restart button is always nice too.
Criticism aside, it's still a fun little game to play. I like how there are multiple maps :)
This game is very enjoyable! Cute art and fun minigames makes for good time passing.
The concept to avoid your death by using anything but yourself is great. I've seen more polished games however.

I don't have a clue what is going on, are you supposed to play purely on the defense or do you have to attack too? Also is the bitcoins thing a joke, how do you get them ingame?
Very good game! I think "Switching Traps" is a very appriate name btw. My end score was 2.06 I think (is that the time in minutes?). Had a little trouble with the jumping, seems like you have to wait an extra frame before the player fully touches the ground.
It's amazing how you managed to put up so much animations in this amount of time! Really adds to the game. It's a fun concept, but it's also frustrating sometimes to be running around the entire map when you don't see the right animal.
Rather daring to put it up on Kongregate already btw ;)
Fun game, played it through twice! I like how you thought up a nice setting for the game.
Actually managed to beat it! Pretty hard to actually hit things, but it was fun to play around for a bit. It has been said a lot, but the font wasn't very pleasant to read. Luckily it doesn't matter for the actual game ^^
Wait what... you did multiple themes? :o
A neat little game. What's important with such trial and error games is that you can quickly restart, takes a bit of the fun away if you have to wait 3 seconds every time you die! (e.g. Super Meat Boy)
@almightyzentaco
Sadly enough we didn't really have any good idea's for an end condition, nor did we have time left to work on one. I agree that the timer on its own isn't very fulfilling.
Local multiplayer AND controller exclusive...? I don't even have words for this :'(
The irony of a game being pointless, when it is actually about points. :') I scored 28,500!
"Hmm, this isn't too bad, plenty of time for grabs. Hah, I could do this all day! ... OH GOD THE -8's ARE EVERYWHERE."
Loved playing this, because even if it's a small game, it's very polished! (except for spawning in a wall on my first try, hmp)
Delicious, scrumptious pixels. Mhhhh. The plot twist was really unexpected haha, that's what you get for shooting deer I guess. Plays really nicely too.
Not a lot of gameplay but the guys swinging around and the funny end sound more than made up for that. Looks good too!
Liked it! Clever idea and smart use of time. The overal atmosphere is good and it's easy to play. Especially liked the EXTERMINATE option. Yes I'm evil. >:D
I laughed a lot at some of the texts you had to write :)
It's funny in some ways but not very enjoyable to just mash buttons.
This is a lot of fun! Definitely an amazing take on the theme.
Got all kinds of lovely messages from the other contestants too. :D
We aren't really artists so it was hard to convey the idea better than this. ;)
In any case, I'll ramp up the difficulty a bit!
