Pretty cool little platformer! The movement felt pretty good, although the player suddenly losing all upwards momentum after using a bounce pad was pretty jarring. It also took me a while to get used to the wall jumping. The level design was pretty cool too, but the last challenge was definitely a bit of a difficulty spike. But otherwise this is pretty solid!
Awesome! Always wanted to be a crow! Loved the mood of the game with the fog, sound effects and blurry low-poly aesthetic. The sound effects eventually cut off, which was a little spooky, but I still had fun flying around and seeing other crows occasionally.
I like the visuals! It would be cool if the upgrades were displayed somewhere (like the ghost wearing the witch hat for example).
Love the visuals and story! The minimalist 3D environments and pixel art work really well together! I do wish the final boss had a bit more health so I could enjoy blasting him with 100 guns longer.
Really addicting game! The UI is very well done and super polished! The powerups and enemy debuffs were really unique and definitely kept me engaged for a long time. I didn't realize I had to click on the letters to collect them, so I completed half the game with just the starter deck. I would also like to see some more difficult enemies, that really put your vocabulary to the test! But still, this is a very enjoyable game! Great job!
Really good art and writing! There's quite a lot here for a jam game, which is very impressive. The cliffhanger ending definitely has me hooked! The only thing I would change would be visually differentiating the dialogue options/actions from the dialogue (maybe a different color or a bullet point). But still, great job!
This is really cool! I love the visuals and sound design! Everything feels so weird and squishy. The movement was fun, but it was basically impossible to stack and stand on the physics objects, so instead of making a staircase or something I just ended up bouncing up to get the organs*. But still, the presentation here is top notch!
\* Note: This is not a problem in the polished version, although I found this version a lot more difficult.
Nice little management game! I love the pixel art and the item descriptions add a lot of charm! By the end of the game my exhibit was a complete mess because I bought too many sphinxes (but still managed to win). The UI was a bit annoying to navigate with the mouse, but otherwise I quite enjoyed it!
@piero-pbes-studio I have added an html version, but it's a little buggy... Hopefully it doesn't ruin the experience!
The trash having different effects is a pretty interesting mechanic and the physics were pretty funny, but the controls could definitely use some work.
Love the graphics and vibe! The movement was a bit slow for my taste, but I appreciate the somber quietness of the game. The mushrooms also have a lot of character!
Cool art and music! I especially liked the background art and the title screen animation. Some notes on the gameplay: - It would be better to have the player character on the left side of the screen, so you could see more of what's in front of you and the person you're chasing. Right now there is a lot of unused space. - Some of the obstacles blend into the background too much. The hitboxes are also slightly too big. - The game kind of ends abruptly when you get close to the debtor, which feels a bit weird.
Very cute! I like the art and the descriptions for each of the gatherlings. Gameplay is pretty fun and intense, but I wish there was a bit more strategy to it, like certain gatherlings slowing down or damaging enemies. Other than that I had a great time!
Beautiful art, sounds and atmosphere! I was a bit confused where to go and what to do at first, so maybe some tutorial or story would help a lot to give some sense of direction. The gameplay mechanics were interesting, but the character physics were a little janky and it's pretty easy to get softlocked if you're not careful (unless you have the red blocks, those are pretty overpowered). But exploring was still pretty fun, and I managed to complete the game in the end. Good job!
Cute game! Avoiding guards and the inventory system was pretty fun, although I did have an issue with the items only being visible in one inventory spot with the rest being cut off (maybe some layering issue?). It would also be nice if the guards had regular patrol routes, so the gameplay is a bit more dynamic!
