After few minutes of fiddling with installer & reading keys from cfg I understood what it was about. You have hire staff to dig gold / minerals from the ground and make your business grow. Nice idea.. Too bad that the final result is bit buggy.
Funny idea and seems to be somewhat good as a game. Graphics are harsh and text is hardly readable:) Neat effect on clicked texts gives it some flavor!
Grow RPG remake. There isn't really anything new after you have seen the original game, which is a tad better on graphical side than this one. Scenarios are challenging and I was only able to complete first. Most likely will get back to it some rainy day:)
Best entry there is! Looks and sounds really good. Background colorslide is superb G. Hook and possibility to drop your character from a platform make the gameplay interesting. You can do lots of weird moves and tricks to avoid the flying.. porks. This gives a lot options for player and so makes the gameplay have quite a lot of depth, which is what most games here don't have. And Hey! Normal people don't come up with ideas of games where little girls are in a evergrowing flowerworld with flying porks to feed candy to.. Wonder what medication you are on (just to get some for next contest)!
Mouse as control for that kind of game isn't the optimal choice and gameplay wasn't that much fun. Somewhat interesting concept. Ability to crush some obstacles or something such would have made me like it bit more
Whee! Nice outlook. Haven't seen game exactly like this before. Mapeditor and all included. This seems to be really good game. But where is the competitions theme growth ? Yes the maps grow in size as you play them and number of locks grow etc.. but did you forget the theme or..? :/
Neat tetris look a like. With fresh block types. Not much new here tho..
The idea behind the not so good userinterface seems to be not so bad one.
Sweet! Quite nice game.. Simplistic graphics make this game look stylish. Idea is nice and with netplay it might be really funny. Current AI doesn't really stand a change when you play safely, but thats just questions of testing & developing time.
One of the best looking Java games I have seen around. Growing effect on trees is really neat :] The double jump is nice feature. Bit shortlived because of the timelimit & 1 'life' combination. Its really hard to get motivated to restart whole game after you miss one leaf up in there
(?) Imho the best game in the competition. Very polished outlook and fresh idea. Got flashback from Settlers1 times & Amiga while playing it Lacks sounds & somewhat more complex maps (i bet reason is lack of time)
I was hoping a lot for this game. Graphics are superb and gameplay is unique. Too bad the game has buggy texts after you complete level & no sounds. Hope you will fix the tiny bug & make some more maps for it later on!
Nice framework for future game. I was able to get some 'speed' from the cells that was a nice feature. Too bad there isn't currently any more 'maps' or scenarios to waste time with.
Ookay, RTS.. or well, the moving of troops part. I checked this games development page and it looked great. Too bad this got never playable.. Wondering why you submitted it to be voted for?
Platform jumper / Puzzle game with 3d graphics. Spoiled my coffee when playing for first time.. Thinking to relax and complete few levels.. but then after a while of gaming a giant dude jumps in from nowhere and kills me!! Have to say that this game would prolly been better without the 3d view, cos basically this is 2d in 3d.. I feel sorry to give this low scores as I can see it has needed a lot work, but it really isn't really good as a game in my opinion.
Was there a goal in this game? Eating the buckets was kind fun and animation was neat. Might have been cool game with some more content..
Judging the graphics of your chest pic isn't the most pleasant task to do :P Anyways.. Funny game.. Didn't have problems beating it. Might need some more content
Great idea. Outlook is good. I had no idea at first that the game was mean't to be played with mouse.. Lacked exit game option and some kind of introduction.
Whee. Not bad at all. Outlook of the game is kinda beatiful. Would have got bit better scores for fun, but i got three times killed by a pink circle spawning on my head later in the game! Grr..
Unique idea. Fits the theme nicely. Bit unfinished outlook.
Nice mix of puzzle and action. Time limit made me lose my nerves few times. Espesially there is no unlimited lives. Explosions, character & egg look really great..! No sounds Had to give 3 for production because everything is not done during the contest timelimits. Is the egg supposed to present the growth element ? :/
Nice idea and it fits well on theme of competition. Graphics and sounds are great.. But.. there is not much to play after you discover what it is all about.
Concept is kinda fun and game is challenging at higher levels! Graphics and sounds make it not so pleasant experience.
Please do not use installers. Installing 50+ games with installers is just not without unlimited amount of time.
Nice game, but this game doesn't really fit to the theme of this times ludumdare.
