Hah, really nice gfx and good basic mechanics are in place to make a fun little rts sort of game. I could see from the screenshots that it looks like more is possible to do, but all I could figure out was how to select eggs, morph them into workers, and move them around. Overall nice smooth job, i think you should work this one for a couple weeks and have a nice neat little game! Why make it about armies though? Just make it about gathering resources or something.

Dr Petter

This could have turned into something decent given more time. Most of it seems to be regular RTS business, although the whole thing with expanding the base crystal is interesting. There are bugs (both on the screen and in the code!) and lots of missing features, and there's really nothing to do once you've spawned a few critters and ordered them to move around a bit.

dr Zool

A buggy rts, no instructions that got me going. Nice graphics. I had problems finding out how to expand the base and what to do of it. It reeeeeeally slowed down my cpu when that dots expanded to fullscreen.

Erik Johnson

Looks like it could be a very innovative rts.

I managed to get some collectors to the glowing things, but then nothing happened. Made a few warriors too, but there wasn't anything to use them for. The game seems somewhat buggy -- I ended up with multiple endpoints overlapping each other, unfilled areas, lines going to infinity and such. All in all this seems unfinished, but it does seem like it could have some potential.

James Hofmann

Because it's so unfinished, it isn't really all that much fun....and it's a bit hard to figure out the few things you can do. But it sure looks cool. An RTS in 48 hours, even if it isn't done, is quite something

Looks nifty. No idea how to play at all. A little set of instructions would've helped a lot. I spent five minutes clicking around, mashing keys, and nadda.

Jolle

Nice graphics, and also pretty fun for a little while. An opponent or such would probably have helped, but as you already know this I don't know why I write it. I did play it longer than I played many other entries. The basic ideas are not very new, but the crystal things are a nice twist. Get's a low production score simply because it's not really a game yet.

Mike Hommel

I'm really intrigued... I want to see where this was going. Building the triangle bits was kind of nifty, though it broke in several ways (I had one that was a beam shooting off to the upper left corner of the map!), and I'm kind of curious what the point was. Looked like there was no collecting possible, so all there was to do was build triangles? I think there is potential, but I'm not sure quite what it is, since I don't fully understand what I was doing. A major flaw with the building seemed to be that you couldn't close a gap - go from one point to another point.

Phil Hassey

Very nice graphics. I had a hard time figuring out what was going on though... I'm a bit dense when it comes to games that have any depth to them at all.

Rale

Ookay, RTS.. or well, the moving of troops part. I checked this games development page and it looked great. Too bad this got never playable.. Wondering why you submitted it to be voted for?

xaver

Not sure what the objective is- it seems like an RTS variant. Collector units can only travel on crystal. Crystal is created when the paths of 2 units cross (something like that). It's an interesting design, but incomplete unfortunately.

Deepflame

I couldn't really figure out what to do. :|
