Wow, this is really good. You should continue to develop this into a full blown game.

Never really felt in danger from the enemies so I didn't use the main weapon at all. Would be better with just a grappling hook, no enemies, and being able to slingshot around the asteroids(more momentum based). Otherwise, not bad :D
This concept is amazing! However, am I doing something wrong? I was never able to get an upgrade as it is physically not possible for the ship to travel that fast even if I queue all my commands. I find myself racing just to barely save enough people and don't have time to worry about resources or the other features you put in. Is everything operating on Update and not FixedUpdate?

I really like the concept! The animation for them being chewed up is pretty satisfying. I wish I had a faster shooting weapon or something to make the game more fast paced. I feel if you made the shredder work faster, add a machine gun, possibly add enemy colliding with dead blocks (and if they try to enter the field and it's full, game over as well), it would make the game hectic fun! Overall, nice job! :D
The pathing gets caught on almost everything, especially around the garden and connector. Did you set the objects placed to be NavMesh obstacles? If you did, I think maybe making the level one block wider in each part would help. Like this:review_space_creator.png
Also being able to click on a machine once, have it bring you to it as well as use it, would be awesome a huge quality of life improvement. Otherwise awesome. Good job! :D
Your VFX Artist nails everything you want the game to be. However, there's no gameplay to back it up - at least not yet. You press a button in the next room, get in a ship, and that's the entire game. There was also a spelling mistake above one of the doors (Yet you have multiple QA?). The music is amazing, yet you don't have a composer listed, leading me to believe it was taken from somewhere. Having multiple programmers, I feel as though you should have more than basic movement and pressing one button to trigger a simple one line event for 72 hours of work. Maybe focus went into things like lighting and the menu.
I'm sad I can't vote on Graphics because you did use free assets from the Unity Store. Which is very unfortunate as those VFX are top-notch. I can't vote on Audio as you don't have a composer listed or any form of telling me where or who it came from.
However, having that said. Some words of advice: The game does have a lot of potential, but your development process seems to be backwards - as in you did art, VFX, and sound first rather than core gameplay. Maybe it was a way for you to show off - but that isn't what this jam is about. I think if you head back to the drawing board and really nail the gameplay, you'll have an awesome game on your hands with awesome VFX, music, and art to back it up.
May I ask what's floating in the distance? It looks cool and seems 3-Dimensional. I liked the atmosphere the game gave off. It felt right. The sounds were nice.
@angela-k That is awesome! Thanks for sharing :D Also congrats on your first game jam. It's my first one as well.
@kostbllb I agree, I've been play testing it for like 6 hours now and I probably should lower the spawnrate. Oh well, maybe for the full release! Thanks for the feedback :D
@lexyvil Thank you, glad to hear you enjoyed it! I have been playing it all night trying to beat my own high-score, haha. Sorry about that for the end game screen; I'll have to look into that!
Some instructions would have been nice. Can I do more than just move around?
