Had a good laugh with this one. Amazing how you made this all by yourself. One thing i could say could use improvement would be to have more special effects when you hit stuffs. The jumping is also a bit floaty. The hitting the rock animation felt really weak as well. Otherwise great job making something this big in such a short amount of time.

Controls on a keyboard are pretty bad in comparison to the mobile buttons. Character accelerates and decelerates which makes it pretty hard to reach the projectiles in time. The game is hard but not in the fair kind of hard since the projectiles move too quickly for you to deflect them not to mention that it seems that the time between shots are randomized. In the end you'd wind up camping and adjusting your character in one spot to deflect it correctly. The scoreboard is kind of unnecessary if the player cant get a score as well. Good work though, seems like it has potential as well.

Really loved the concept and the game. Only annoying this is the sudden hike in difficulty, how sometimes terrain blocks the environment behind and how the ball can get stuck.

Really loved the work you put in here. The timer between each spawn is really long through. Makes the game really boring while waiting for things to happen. Some special effects when killing the ships would be a great addition as well.

@SniperA Hey, unfortunately we won't be able to share the source code because we're planning to fully build and release this game. The code is also pretty poorly done due to time constraints. It broke a lot of rules and basically it will be a pretty poor example for you to learn from. There are some bugs in there that we have no clue how to fix ourselves as of yet as well. Although if you have any problems that you may face with coding. Feel free to pm us about it and we might be able to help with our limited knowledge as well.

Hey tried your game out. I think pressing space should complete the dialogue instead of skipping to the next one. The words are popping out too slowly. I liked the plot twist in the story. Art wise, the walk cycle wasn't looping well but everything else was consistent. According to your post, you're not so good with C# yet but you are making valiant efforts in improving and that's great. Basically just keep at it hope to see more stuffs from you in the future.

The art style was rather inconsistent but i really admired the gameplay. It took a while to understand how do you make the potion but eventually it was clear. I can say for one, pushing away the colors was a bit finicky since you need to constantly shoot them. It gets a little overwhelming as more dots start to spawn. Maybe making it a single shot which pushes the dots away at a constant force would be cool.

This was a lot of fun to play. Sadly it had a few bugs. If you play Grand Tour mode the value starts from the negatives to 19. I kept getting stuck every now and then. The cars move so slowly as well which kinda makes it feel really clunky. I kinda got bored halfway through. The art is great though and the sudden shift to base defense was fun.

The visuals are amazing for this game. It's pretty cool that this is your first jam in 3D as well. One thing I could say is that the ship could be placed higher up in the camera view as it looks a bit uneasy. Leaving it lowered was a great idea especially since your goal is to provide a cool visual environment and you wouldn't want the ship to block the view. I didn't like how the game ends with showing a title and that there was no way to tell if the game was over. I stood there waiting for a while before quitting. I assumed there was nothing left that is lol.

This game was hard but really solid. Only feedback i could say is to make it easier for a starting level as the time limit is a little too tight. Also the car looks out of place graphics wise, little too high res in comparison to the rest. Really good work though.

Congratulations on finishing your first game. I liked the pixel art style for this. The only issue i have with the art is the pixel density of the character is different from the background (Basically background looks more higher res than the character). Cutting people up felt really weak due to the lack of sound effects and also how the slashing stops after holding it for a while. Good job though and good luck with your future games.

Great combination, but the RNG nature of the cards kinda makes this impossible sometimes. I just have really bad luck. It was a bit weird to have cards that look like they'd do similar things such as dive and slide. Otherwise, great idea and good job
