Amaizing work. The music really gets good at the same time you start to get the hang of it.
The moving blocks give me some trouble... Sometimes they behaved in a wierd way. Apart from that the game it's very fun to play.
Keep up the great work!

Great job on this game! Loved it. Will definitely be playing this fully when I more time. I had some issues with the moving boxes as they didn't behave in the way I expected them to. Other than that, it was amazing! Great Job!

Nice game, really dynamic and fun to play!
Rally nice, the music fits really well, the controls are really smooth and enjoyable as well as the animations :) not abig fan of a puzzle game where you can die though, maybe a checkpoint coud help

Looks good. But I think it's hard ))). I think, you need to slow down bullets a little bit about 0.1 . Anyway the game is fun to play, that's important!

@NikorasuChan & @iaaac Hey, writing another comment as I have managed to play your game properly now. It is amazing, I loved what you managed to with the game. Felt a huge sense of urgency, and it was great that you could trick them into getting stuck. I noticed a bug, and that was that the Boxes could go through the walls if you pushed too much.
Also, would you be willing to share your source code? I'm learning to work with C# and am getting more and more into programming, and loved your game. Would like to see it naked :). Thanks!
This is a really fun concept and is pretty well executed as well. It does get quite hard however, since there aren't any checkpoints and getting into a new area can mostly mean you'll have to restart yet again.
I get that may be an intended mechanic but it gets a bit repetitive after a dozen restarts.

@SniperA Hey, unfortunately we won't be able to share the source code because we're planning to fully build and release this game. The code is also pretty poorly done due to time constraints. It broke a lot of rules and basically it will be a pretty poor example for you to learn from. There are some bugs in there that we have no clue how to fix ourselves as of yet as well. Although if you have any problems that you may face with coding. Feel free to pm us about it and we might be able to help with our limited knowledge as well.

Fast action paced game. I love it. Moving the blocks felt kind of weird at the beginning but once I got over that in the first room with the 2 blocks and 2 knife guys, the game was just really intuitive and easy to keep going. I guess somehow improving that would make it better, something like an animation or a faster movement. Besides that I can't see any major flaws and I get that not having checkpoints was a design decision that I'm totally okay with :)
Btw, if you guys feel like it check out my game, https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/nanashi
Cheers!

Really really cool game, one of the best I tried. The key for this game is the control and you get it damn right. It feels super responsive and it helps the speed of the game. I really enjoy the game. I want more levels! Congratulations!

Pretty cool game. The penalty is pretty brutal but it makes for a pretty good adrenaline-inducing experience. It would be nice to have some sort of checkpoint

Very good game, has good rythm and action, and the control is very responsive. The hard part was pushing those blocks without being stabbed.

I like the idea, but the game was way too difficult for me. But the music super great, and it fits the game very well.
I failed at *not to die a lot*.
That's a good sign.
Liked the Superhot feel on the art direction, and the pace is amazing. Had a lot of stability issues on WebGL though, especially huge freezes on first room loadings, making every first tries of every rooms a bit complicated. Moving boxes felt a bit slow for the game, especially with the delay needed between two pushes. A bit of pathfinding issues are breaking the fast pacing sometimes also, as the ennemies may stop rushing the player around boxes.
But even in this 72h gameplay state it's very fun. Add room numbers / scorings / records / leaderboards / shadows of past runs or other players runs, a bit of visual polishing and it may be amazing.
Bravo !
The controls are great really smooth, the theme is well approached and really easy to understand every mechanics you made
Well done
PS, consider the idea of putting checkpoint please ^^

Really solid game! Nice music and gameplay flows really nicely. My only gripe was that it was too short and the moving blocks were a bit weird.. but glad they auto push when you lightly tap it, made it much easier.

Jesus that's hard. Nice work though , definitely has appeal, addictive too.Graphics were a bit glitchy but it did'nt affect the game too much.
Here's my entry if you'd care to have a go?https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/41/spacescape
