This is a good start for a game, and neat procedural generation, however it needs some sort of challenge.
Nice use of lighting on the ball. Also, the game could use a scoring mechanism.

I had to view the source to figure out the jellyfish (I got the crash when going down from start too but there appears to be no screen there). The bee was a bit frustrating with its randomness. I did manage to finish. The shaman was hilarious and the game was pretty fun.

Fun game. I had some trouble with levels 5 and 7 but eventually figured them out and finished.

Same problem with crashing on just after the title screen. I'm running Windows 7.

I got a crash after I talked to the joiner again just after getting the device. Other than that, fun game!

A google search revealed that a game with the same name was posted to the Gamemaker forums in December of 2008 but the download link is broken. The files inside the zip have the same modified date however which makes it suspiciously look like the game posted to the forum.
Sheep are Flammable by someone
For another data point it's working just fine on my Windows 7 64 bit machine. I thought the flying mechanic was neat.

Spiridion and I tried playing this at the same time. Neither of us had played muds before and I first tried with a weird client so we made characters named "help" "Serilyn\\n" and "" before we got logged on for real. Then we found out we couldn't fight anything. Sorry if we broke the server! =) It was fun goofing off in it though!
