The screenshots look cool, but the game doesn't start :cry:
Really nice! There's not much to do, but I feel like there's potential to expand on this with more time :) Love the atmosphere, graphics and sounds.
The heart is a really cool mechanic I've never seen before. It's fun to play, love the art, music and sound effects. Feels very polished. It's very challenging, took me ages to complete the first level. The controls were a bit confusing, I often mixed up SPACE and UP. But overall, really good game :)

Nice little game, the puppy is cute. The aggro range of the aliens could be bigger, so it feels more like they are after you.
@gwinnell thanks for your extensive feedback. The "text reveal" is a great idea, hadn't thought about that. And I agree with all the other comments, the controls are a bit clunky. Should have used the mouse instead. Gotta keep that in mind for next time :)
Actually I can't manage to keep my irl plants alive, but if I could, I would use something more environmentally friendly as well. Don't think Uncle Dale cares about the environment too much though :)
The game looks lit :fire: Platforming controls are nice, but it's almost too hard because you don't see anything. Checkpoints or lives would be a cool addition. Overall good game :)
Although I like the competitor's defense system, T.I.T.S. (Thermonuclear Interstellar Threat Suppressor) better, I must admit this was pretty cool.
Jokes aside, I had a lot of fun playing. The shooting feels really satisfying, the art looks nice and the music and sound effects are great. Love it!

Thanks for checking again @mila1004, the link works now. I think it's pretty good for a beginner. The art looks nice, I really like the monk's design and the ornaments next to the walls. If you added some sound effects for attacking and an end goal, like surviving X enemies/waves, it could be a cool little game. Nice work!

@tolmera thanks, glad you liked it. The sound was inspired by a parrot squawk, but now I kinda hear "Fu.." too lol
Pretty cool idea. By the way, if you mash the arrow keys and spam click eggs it suddenly becomes very easy :) Maybe needs some kind of punishment for failing a task too often in a row. But overall a quite enjoyable game.
@indivicivet i stopped button mashing after ~25 eggs because I didn't want to cheat^^ don't know if it's actually possible to beat the game with this method
