Really great entry, I love the aesthetics and the audio work is really good too! The game is very polished and really feels like a complete game, and the gameplay is pretty fun. I just wish there was more minigames, but I guess it was because of the lack of time.

Even though the gameplay is pretty simple, it's really well executed and feels great to play! Graphics are great too, but maybe a simple background music would really set the mood a bit more. I just wish each next level was selected randomly to really make the game replayable, but for a compo it's still really good, nice job!

Great compo, it's fun yet challenging, and the graphics and sounds are simple but effective! I kinda struggled to grasp the controls at first, but when I got the hang of it it was fine. I feel like there could be some pickup coins in the canyon, which would let you buy upgrades once you're at the top, but it's still a great entry considering the short time limit, good job!

Pretty good idea that goes well with the theme. It's nothing new, but it's quite unexpected in a game jam and well executed too! Also the leaderboard is a great addition to the game. Would be really cool to have the levels randomized, and maybe disable ctrl+f because I feel it's kinda like cheating.

Very polished and fun game! I loved the graphics and the music/sounds, the gameplay is pretty unique too!

The only problems in my opinion are the battles, which are not very rewarding and I mostly try to avoid them, and the spam mechanic. My fingers started to hurt after a while. It's a great idea, but maybe add something in the skill tree to auto-click at some point!

This entry is really impressive! Not only did you make a really thought out and fun game, but it also fits the theme in a unique and amusing way, and the graphics are amazing too!

This mechanic is clearly inspired by Getting Over It, but the growing of the sword and the almost puzzle-like levels really adds something to it, to the point where it doesn't feel like the same game at all. It's also quite challenging and frustrating but in a good way, as you don't lose too much progress when you fail. Pretty crazy that this was done in 72h!

Great game! The theme is a bit stretched in my opinion, but it still fits it and the game is really fun and challenging. I especially like the mechanic where you go back to the previous level, it adds to the challenge in a good way!

A really fun and creative gameplay, the visuals and music are great too. The gravity and movement feels pretty strange on certain angles, but you get used to it. I think the spikes are a little hard to see as they killed me before I could see them quite a few times, but otherwise it's a solid game!

I kinda struggled to grasp the concept of the game at first, but it's a pretty interesting mechanic. Great puzzle game overall, great job for 72h!

Maybe make the game window resizeable, because it looks pretty small on large resolutions.

(I also agree with the other comments about flipping the hourglass.)

Really interesting idea and a creative and unique use of the theme, felt pretty good to play too. Great game all around, but maybe the boss is a bit too hard compared to the rest. The game also has a lot of potential to be released as a full version in the future in my opinion!
