Ha HA nice audio voices. Music is good. Graphics funny. Good little entry; but it could finish the farm quicker for round 1 :D Well done.

You had some very funny sound effects, I enjoyed the layered audio of what I presume is you talking - having a settings menu for sound was great too!
I was a bit confused by the gameplay in general, I got the gist of it though.
Once I figured out what to do, I felt like the game flowed really well. All of the audio queues were exceptional.
Had some trouble to know what to do, but then I was in the flow! Thanks for the HTML version, had a lot of fun!

Awesome voice acting man!
@paracorn That Godot icon placeholder is definitely a critical piece of infrastructure holding this whole game together. = P.
XD
played this while watching the buriedthings stream, loved the sfx
It's a nice and simple game, thanks for having both a web version and audio options.
You should put a screenshot in your description, I saw a streamer play it and thought it was interesting, I'm worried people might miss it without an image.

@penagwin Thanks! I added some screenshots up top.
Theme is kind of weak. But otherwise very polished.
Surprisingly fun loop to queue up orders and see my trains working out the rest, and a nice quality of life option to be able to remove actions from the end of your queue. Art and sound effects are very charming (love the wobbly city!); having two-frame animations is a great bit of polish that makes everything feel a lot more lively.
The way this could be expanded is pretty straightforward - more levels, more types of materials and nodes, and another pass on UI/backgrounds, but what you got done is solid for a compo-scope prototype!
My main critique (and it's fairly minor) is that it would be great to make it clearer that the home station could be upgraded, especially given that's the most fun upgrade in the game! A little icon on anything which it available for upgrade, or a number showing the CURRENT level of a station, could help.
Thanks for the game!
@skyeward I definitely agree with the home station upgrade. I think I could put a big arrow pointing to it once the player has enough resources to upgrade it the first time. I have a list of other improvements I should make too, like having a number pop up with the amount of wood/iron collected, have an indicator for where the wrenches build their tracks to, and putting in a bit more juice all around really.
Thanks for the feedback!
I loved the sounds, just like everybody else! I am sucker for sounds made with the mouth, feels very charming. I gotta explore two frame animations myself, because they give the game some extra charm and juice.
Gameplay was pretty easy to pick up and didn't take me too long to get it fully, but some UI indicators would be certainly welcome. That said, fun little game!
SXF are great. I replay game till i received two golden stars. Good pixel graphics and gameplay!
Fun game! There are two levels, right? I got a brown star at the second level haha. Figured out there was a second train at the end of the level when the meter was already in the silver  I had fun playing this game, it felt calming and I loved the animations, especially the farm when it was built up
I like the graphics, sound effects and mood of the game. Feels like a if you were to play only the harvesting building portion of an RTS game. I wish there was abit more of a challenge but I see the appeal of a zen like game here.
The way everything moves is so fun! It confused me at first how your materials showed what you'd clicked on and not what the trains had gotten to, but it's very necessary later when there are two trains. The sound was fun. Good job!
