Really interesting and unusual game where you need to think, but not too hard, which is an advantage. Looking forward to more levels.

Wow what a great premise. Loved the idea the art and the music. Found the controls a bit hard but when it was great to figure out the last cat!
Neat concept and vibe! The game mechanics have a lot of potential to be expanded, they're fun. Though the link to the main theme feels a bit unclear right now
This is a very good and visually impressive game!
I didn't quite understand the connection with the jam theme, but the game itself turned out to be quite funny and cute! Caught a vibe of how I used to restart The Sims saves to keep my characters from dying x)
@wishes @recyx @dmitriyci Thx for playing! :)
@pcho @duvdvan Thx for playing! I feel like the question about the link to the theme is gonna be recurring, so I might as well answer it now:
Our take on the theme: In this game, you collect cats after rescuing them, ending up with a small collections of 3 cats. The game is also a small collection of rooms. We thought the multiple dioramas gave a sense of a collection of little rooms, kind of like small toys.
We know the link with the theme is a little far-fetched. What happened is that we joined 2 game jams at once: Ludum Dare obviously, but also the [CStudio Game Jam 2025](https://itch.io/jam/game-jam-cstudio-centralesuplec-2025/rate/3620506), a small IRL jam at CentraleSupélec, Paris, with the theme *A few seconds, an eternity*.
The thing is, the theme of the CStudio Game Jam got revealed 3 hours before Ludum Dare's theme. So, we started brainstorming around *A few seconds, an eternity* first. When the theme for Ludum Dare dropped, we already had some well-established ideas, and we tried adapting our ideas a bit to fit the Ludum Dare theme as well.
So, yes: the Ludum Dare theme was more of an afterthought than the core idea of the game. We're totally okay being lower rated in the Theme category, it would only make sense compared to others who truly worked with it. We thought: hey, the link with the theme is not super strong, but the game has other qualities, and we respected Ludum Dare's rules, so we thought it was worth sharing it on Ludum Dare even if its take on the theme was a bit weak.
@pcho @recyx @wishes @duvdvan @dmitriyci thank you for the feedback !
The game's art style is absolutely adorable!! The gameplay is quite enjoyable too!! Though the mechanics feel slightly disconnected from the overall theme... Still, it's a pretty solid experience overall!
This game is incredibly cute and I found the gameplay while a bit short quite enjoyable. Apart from the already addressed theme mismatch this is a very cool entry!!
I love the visuals, but it really didn't fit the theme in any real way, and the clock progression mechanic was really finicky for me. It wouldn't progress sometimes, and other times it would just jump to the end.
A really cute game. I just wish there was more of it.

Cool mechanics and nice art style!.
I like the idea, graphics are also so nice and YAY CAAATS!!! However I got confused with the controls...
The cat is very cute.
Cool mechanics, nice idea, the UI could have been a bit clearer. I genuinely thought the game was stuck and bugged out until i realized you can click the clock. Visuals are super cozy and overall well done.
Making the game for two jams at once is a brilliant way to get exposure, but Im not sure it fits the theme of this one, or at least I fail to see how.
That does not detract from the gameplay at all however and it remains an incredibly nicely done game
Unfortunately not really on theme, which is a shame, because it's a really fun, beautiful game with a great idea! My only feedback is a bug report, really: in the first map, I think I had some sort of unresponsive clock bug for a bit which resulted in an instant from-safety-to-death with a loud jumpscare of all sound effects playing at once. Could be a memory issue on browser, but thought I'll let you know!
@nno1 @torami @jadener @eugenik @belosha @huihang @b0guslaw Thanks for your kind words and constructive criticism! Means a lot to us :)
@budaniel @outstar Thanks for playing & the bug report! We just released a tiny post-jam patch fixing the clock glitch (while keeping the original build available to download as well, of course). We were aware or this during the jam, but lacked time to fix it :sweat_smile:
Great entry! Took some time to make the save the last one but the game is quite fun. Though some SFX are way too loud compared to the others, provoking some jumpscares hahahaha. More content would be cool!
A fellow gamedev with a 3-cat entry!!
Graphics absolutely incredible and cute. I'm sure you didn't have more complex levels because of the short time, but this is an awesome entry nonetheless.
Could you please give the source code so that I and other Linuxers can play your game? I have tried emulating the game and errors happen...
The art is cute, nice music too. I had some issues with level 2 as I got stuck there and time didn't pass. The overall concept is cool, I wish I could get to the other levels.
Nice game! I would have played more levels :D - The art style is so cute! I love it. Music fits well.
Supercute! Loved the game, its short and sweet. Congratz on winning the CStudio gamejam btw!
Some feedback I have:
- The rotating-the-clock-mechanic is a cool idea, but it was a bit hard to control for me - The last puzzle seemed to require **(spoiler everyone!! -->> )** to extinguish the fire during 'runtime', was that on purpose? - The music is really well done
Why can't I just move the cat? :)
Fun and cute game.
Incredibly beautiful and stylish game. The idea really fits the theme “A few seconds, an eternity”, and the core mechanic feels great to play — very creative as well. I was happy to save all three cats, and I hope they stop living in such dangerous little rooms :sweat_smile:
@ingi @helen @tanis @holysparks @huihang @eugenik @nno1 @torami thank you for the comments on the art :,) it means a lot to me as this was my first ever game jam!
Whouw, 4.45 stars for graphics! Very well deserved, congratz!
