Loved it, i'm a fan of few button games. It's nicely done and has a cool starshiptrooper vibe :)

Very fun minimalist game! Picking too many speed upgrades makes it a little bit difficult to aim though.
Great job!
Nice simple game! perfect for a jam ! those bugs are definitely not tiny though ^^, terrifyingly so ! Managed to survive to wave 13 but I didn't receive pow-ups any-more, and the waves get quite long so it became a long battle to slow the inevitable death of the city...
That was surprisingly really fun for its simplicity! The difficulty scaled pretty well with the powerups. I got through 10 waves before stopping, probably couldn't have made it many more.
Simple and fun, great job!
Beautiful graphics, quite challenging if you miss an upgrade. tons of fun! I am not very good with this kind of game (I keep pressing the wrong button to turn around!), but I played several rounds to improve my score!
It was really fun The pixel look nice and its all i can wait from an arcade game Great submission !!
fun game i think the game could use some acceleration on the turret and maybe cap the mouvement of the turret because after 3 or 4 upgrade on the movespeed it become hard to aim , still had fun thought congrats !!
I really loved this game, the feel, the graphics, everything! At first I thought I could get the bonuses just by letting them crash into my city, but in fact it was harder than that  I haven't got past wave 7 yet, because it's hard! I would have liked to have had some sort of booster or shield from time to time to limit the damage  Anyway, great game, well done!
It's a fun game, I've been playing it for a long time.
Simple and effective, yet it seems very hard for me! Good job!
Had to stop myself from playing more, I could play for hours and it was really nice to play a web game that ran perfectly. Past wave 13+ the upgrades stop but you got the feel down completely, it felt like I should have been playing on a crt with a plug in controller. My only gripe is that the ant could probably be a little hard to see on a screen smaller than mine, maybe adding a segment to the body would help that a little
Very nice, polished, seamless experience! I love the simplicity of this, the upgrades were integrated directly into the gameplay without a shop that interrupts gameplay, and the difficulty slowly ramped up coinciding with my increased upgrades. I did think it got easy at the end and I let the game end at wave 11. This was a lot of fun, congrats!
Simple but effective. I like the art style, the sound effects are satisfyingly crunchy, and the core gameplay is super simple to pick up (with one exception). It wasn't intuitive for me how to get the powerups. At first I tried shooting them, but since that didn't work I assumed that they just activated when getting to the city. It took reading a few comments here to realize that wasn't it, though using the train to catch it was the first idea I had after going back to figure it out. I agree with the feedback that the last speed upgrade is almost too fast, though after a few waves it started to feel nicely responsive, just a little unpredictable. Only other design feedback was that I needed upgrades start, heals at the end, and instead largely got the opposite of what I needed at both extremes of the wave count, though the middle waves were nicely balanced.
The only non-insect bug I encountered was that the bullet spread would eventually get offset from the train's angle. The left edge of the fully upgraded shots were just to the right of the cannon's centerline.
Score: 1392 on Wave 13 (attempt 3, the first after understanding powerups)
It's very easy to pick up and play. I like the powerups although the movement speed one tends to make the turret go too fast after a few times you pick it up. The music is great, it has this joyous feeling to it. Nice one!
