Very nice Pixel Art (like always with you 😉) and fun adventure. It's short, but hard to expect more for a game jam. I won't talk about the story here, to not spoil for other players, maybe later... What tools/engine/framework have you used? Keep up the good work 👍
This point-and-click adventure is really neat. You're right, these robots are friend-shaped!
I found the ending really funny, and I love it! It caught me off-guard, but in a good way. I did actually laugh out loud when it happened, so that's a job well done!
I should note though it was a bit hard to click the robot leg in the first robot's scene because of the small sprite, but overall I do like the game!

Gotta love these robot-friends! :robot:  I hope they accomplish their mission!
Your pixel-art and world-building is splendid as usual.

Ran into a bug when I went to sleep after rescuing the red cargo-bot. The player character's sprite disappeared and didn't seem to reset even when the scene changed traveling to the moon.
But that gave me a good reason to try out the neat self-destruct -feature!

@patbgames - Thank you! Yeah I always make short games haha. I'm not good with coding so art is pretty much my main focus. I am using AGS (Adventure Game Studio). It is an engine designed specifically for point and click adventure games. For art I'm using Aseprite.
@ramchops-games - Haha thanks, yeah they are pretty friendly... Sorry about the pixel hunt, I didn't realize it until it was too late. Will make sure to consider these little pixels in my future Jams.
@dis0rder - Thanks! I'm sure they accomplished all their dreams. Regarding the bug, yes, Im sorry about that. This bug has been there since the beginning and I, for the love of God, was not able to fix it!!! It really pissed me off, but at the same time I really wanted to include the Bed mechanic haha. The problem was between switching the views of sleeping robot and running robot, and sometimes it just got stuck with the sleeping view. I'm not good with programming so I guess this is my punishment.
What a nice little adventure full of FRIENDS.
Really liking the graphics and had to check what else you've been cooking.
Shame there's no music or ambience. Maybe a singular space humming could have done.

@coderaurus Thanks for your feedback!
Hm, that's strange, because there actually is space humming ambience in the background. So now I wonder if the volume is off or maybe it's not able to hear without headphones. Honestly I didnt test it. Were you able to hear all the other sound effects, because there is quite A LOT of them haha.

Nice little fun game with amazing pixel art. Fun little story with an intresting ending.
@iluvatar Huh. Yeah, I did hear the other sounds alright. Now I'm doubting myself... There's a chance that my brain just filtered it or it might have been too low volume-wise :D
Hi Davide! The robot friends were sooo cute (until I learned their true intentions) :D But it was a funny twist. The art was superb as always, what should I even say about it, I'm saying that every time! :D I was playing it with my daughter, and she had a great time too. All and all, another cool little adventure game! :ok_hand:

🤖 What a great adventure! It captivates with its pixel art and funny storyline! Although it's short, it has everything you need for a fun time. I really liked the unexpected twist at the end - I even laughed! The controls are intuitive and the graphics are great. Great job, keep up the good work! 👍

Really enjoyed the pixel art style and overall atmosphere of the game. Although the game is short (which is expected for a Game Jam), it manages to immerse you in its world. The ending was funny and caught me off guard – it made me laugh out loud and left a positive impression! :)
The gameplay works well, this is a fun and engaging experience! Keep up the great work!

I really liked the graphics. The robots were cute but I didn't care for the ending. It felt polished; great job!

Can't agree more with what everyone else said. Atmosphere is top notch here. Game was fun but simple, loved the premise, great work! Had a small bug where I went to sleep before making it to the final area, then there was me sleeping in the bed still, but also active at the top. But a minor thing. Great job!
Pretty cool game, the robots were pretty entertaining to watch and the art was stunning! Great work!

@dywanix Wow! Thank you. Im sure there are much better games than mine, you just haven't found them yet haha.
@c-5po Thank you. Yeah I guess the ending was really a 50/50, it either makes you laugh or breaks the vibe. I took the risk for the joke :)
@t-c Oh yes, the good old Bed Bug (pun intended). This bug has been happening since the beginning and I was not able to fix it, but at the same time I loved the bed for my little guy so I kept it. Sorry about that.
@missingpixel Thank you, appreciate your feedback :)

Beautiful short game! I enjoyed the lovely point and click adventure making friends. Lots of charm, the scene presentation is great as well as the audio. Of course the art is gorgeous too.

Funny short adventure game. Beautiful art, really nicely done. I loved playing it, great job!
A shocking ending — I can't help but laugh, given the cuteness of the robots. I guess they are going after the Froggin tribe, if I read between the lines correctly.
Overall, a fun game. I like the retro graphics and the color schemes. The spaceship as a flying box in outer space is imaginative, as is the futuristic music — a nice touch. This is a solid entry and one of the better ones here.

Beautiful but short point and click adventure. I liked the mood that the little sounds and ambient soundtrack made. It felt very polished, I encountered no bugs at all and no inconsistencies with graphics.
The dialogue was great. I liked that the robot spoke more like machine language that other robots would understand and not bother to talk in humanlike form.
Also the end twist was nice!
Great job 😎
Friend? :robot:
Great to see point and click adventure games still getting some love these days. Grew up playing Monkey Island, Kings Quest, Broken sword and the like. They are so cool! :D Impressive that you managed to make what you made!
OMFG LOLOLOL that ending really surprised me! That froggo ruined everything... Or perhaps the bots just need a group of at least three for their ultimate mission 😅 Sorry, galaxy, for ruining everything!
Seriously though this was super cute. It gave me major old-school adventure vibes, but was also super adorable and silly.
