I had a very hard time figuring out how to summon ghost helpers (at first, I thought the bad ghosts were my helpers, and were very unresponsive to input) - It might be worth mentioning in the description that you need to be in a specific room to summon them (and that they're dismissed if you send them back to that room)

Otherwise, this was pretty cool! My run unfortunately ended with me getting stuck in the summoning state - It looks like if you hit space as you're leaving the summoning room, you get stuck singing for no one 💔

Super cute game — I loved the setting and the mood of it, and the punny title is a win in my book. Like another commenter, my first run I thought the baddies were, in fact, my buddies at first and hadn't realized I needed to go to the summoning room / balance my time between that and running around the mansion. I also noticed an odd interaction where if I summoned a ghost and he got to a room at about the same time as a baddie, my ghost got 2 full rows of stars immediately and the baddie despawned. Finally, I think either I'm not very good at this or the spawn rate on the bad ghosts might be a little too high to keep up with!

PS. Firefox worked for the web embed, but safari threw the webworkers error other folks mentioned.

@xxxi @djow thanks for the heads up! We were testing in firefox so we missed this, but it should be fixed now! The ludum dare guide to embedding has a section on resolving that for godot exports, turns out!

Really adorable design and detail on all the rooms. The soundtrack was super fitting as well, loved it. Had a lot of fun chasing them around and trying to get the biggest ghostduster I could. Great job!

Since I don't think it's possible to 'win' the game, just last as long as possible, would be cool to have a leader board. I got a 42 after I figured things out a bit.

Really loved this game! The graphics and audio were cute and the gameplay was hectic and fun! The late game did get a bit stale though when you only had two rooms to guard so you couldn't really lose, but it was a really great experience nonetheless!

My Necromansion got overwhelmed by angry ghosts pretty fast. Going to try zombies next time, maybe they will be more reasonable :) Great job folks!

There are some pacing issues(overwhelming at first, then gets too easy as rooms die off), but this was pretty fun once I figured it out! The art style is really nice too.

This game is really good! There's things that can be messaged better: it took me a while to figure out summoning and scoring. Once you get into it though, you get into a really nice rhythm between all the tasks.

Took me a little while to figure out what the controls meant (especially that I could only summon and direct from the one room) but after that I had a lot of fun with this one! The art and music are on point as well. I know who I'm gonna call! (or am I the one being called...? :thinking:)

Very nice game! Visuals are pleasant and the soundtrack is fitting. One thing that stood out to me is the difficulty. At first you have all the rooms to take care of and it's a bit overwhelming. But then as the rooms get destroyed it gets easier and easier. When I have only 2 rooms left I can run between them indefinitely increasing my score to infinity until I'm bored. Couple of ideas how to fix that: one - add a time limit; two - reverse the room count, first start with a couple rooms, but as you get more score - more rooms open up and you have a limit of let's say 3 rooms that can be destroyed before a game over. Other than that a very good game, good job!

Kinda tricky to play since I have to pay attention to all ghosts not just the ones I've summoned. There is small issue in which angry ghost won't leave a room if I'm already inside the room when the ghost come in. Overall, this game could be fun if I could move faster and or stairs are placed at the center of the mansion.
