Enjoy!

Wow wow wow! Incredible for a game jam!! Also fun! If I can nit pick, I think it would be nice to have more control over the placement of an object :)

baggersmurf 2024-04-16 08:30

Great looks and original idea! Very finicky to get the objects in the right place, though

deloriand 2024-04-16 08:50

@charl-v Yeah we are aware that the controls are missing a little something to make it more manageable. Thanks for you feedbacks and for playing the game :)

The idea is interesting, as well as the implication of training in the dialog of the character. the only thing is a little inconvenient to put blocks, it is not clear when you can when you can not, also I think if the player could push the blocks would make it a little easier

A fascinating idea, using blocks as stepping stones. But in some places, I can just step onto the railing and jump over.

Don't know if the last level is even possible to be completed with only the one block (could just be me). Regardless, the style carries this game, but otherwise rather flat.

Cool concept! I struggled a little bit with the "too far" (I think sometimes it popped up when the block was colliding with the wall)

Impressive work for the short amount of time.

Great mechanic and gameplay feels good. I wish there was more levels. Good job!

Interesting idea. Sometimes it was difficult to place the blocks because they stubbornly refused to be placed. And I didn't quite figure out how to rotate the objects; most of the time, I placed them by trial and error. :) Cool character design with the target on the back! :)

Absolutely love the concept and the core mechanics. The interface was a bit finicky (I could imagine clearer feedback on when I can/can't place a piece before releasing it, and I'd love a 'rotate' control) but for a jam game I am very impressed. Great job!

Great polish, I like all the little details. Nice, simple, and readable UI. Nice transition screen and quick respawn when dying. And I really like the idea. I couldn't get the physics to cooperate nicely to finish up level 2 though. Great work!

timo654 2024-04-17 17:24

Cool take on the summoning theme. Some levels could actually be completed without summoning anything, just needed to parkour a little.

kseniya 2024-04-17 17:26

the visual is cool, it's a pity that there is no music and the boxes are not put on the first time, because of this I do not want to play (( try to fix it and I would come back to play this game

melissa-stodolnik 2024-04-17 17:27

I like this colours, yellow is so bright :3

fenix131113 2024-04-17 17:32

Nice game i love puzzles

gruzdid 2024-04-17 17:34

The idea is clear and good, but it's hard to put up cubes and sometimes it's difficult to play because of the perspective. Also, some places can be passed without dice. There are not enough sounds and music. The graphics are good. Good job

donamougou 2024-04-17 17:35

Controls for the character are reeeeaaaalllly good I feel ! As mentioned by others, it is sometimes difficult to properly place the objects. Maybe by allowing to rotate the camera it could help ?

Overall, very impressive and polished game, it was enjoyable to play it. Well done !

malte-hedenstrom 2024-04-17 18:17

Cool take on the theme and fun puzzles, I hope the testing was valuable, you're going to get the sickest levels in town! Good job

Cool idea and nice twist with the narrative :) Thank you for implementing a respawn system instead of restarting the level! I was expecting to sadly have to restart from the start on the last level when I failed the last jump and was pleasantly surprised. The environment, menus and interactions are all super clear. I managed to pass some puzzles by somewhat bruteforcing the physics and not sure if it was the right solution or not (dropping the cube next to me and then the pallet in-between and moving before it touches the ground so that it moves the cube too)
